The pharmacy manager Matt is utterly terrible, customer service skills of an imbicile. I have filed my Adderall prescription in Walgreens pharmacies for years, including this location. Currently, with my prescription due to be filled and being in Boca I sought to have my prescription filled in Boca, especially during a severe tropical storm. Matt, being an A-xxx said that he wouldn't do it because my other pharmacy was only an hour away. In disbelief I asked Matt to make sure I understand that correctly, which I did. So despite having an active address, DL in boca, Matt the A-xxx told me to drive an hour in a storm. I literally hope you are fired.

Horrible pharmacy! Had an emergency with my fiancée who was in pain and the lady in the front her name started with an M yelled at me to sit down and wait. She was extremely rude and should take a class in customer service. The other pharmacist was extremely rude to myself and my doctor as well. Never going back here. This Walgreens pharmacy should be ashamed of themselves!

I agree with the other patients. The ladies in the pharmacy are very rude. I don’t know why they’re still working there. I called the corporate office to complain about them and to pharmacy manager.

Great store, but I experienced terrible customer service from SANDY. Very rude, unprofessional and impolite. I have never received such horrible attitude from a cashier. Everyone else there is great and very helpful.

Don't waste your time going here customer service poor I was waiting for photos over 30mins then the cashier going to say he don't know why he don't want to come up here I had to leave very unprofessional will never use a walgreens ever an I hope people stop using them

This is the end of Walgreens. They have a decent group of great, patient, experienced technicians, the face of Walgreens. But being overworked minimizes their ability to perform. Lines out the door due to new year insurance issues, shots on demand, flu/covid/etc, short staffing, phones answered by a call center that is a waste of time, and phones at store level that have long hold times. Store offers free 'delivery' but what a system! My mother was prescribed a steroid dose pack on Wednesday. Yesterday the APP showed the RX as 'picked up'. Last night, 6 pm, I called my mother... no rx.. I called her facility's front desk... no rx I called Walgreens ( I told the call center to transfer me to the store's 20 minute hold time).. 'did you ask your mom'!!! When I told them 'yes, she did NOT receive' they told me that it was out for delivery.. 'if not received tonight.. call the store in the morning'.. This morning (10 am) the cycle.. all over again. Plus.. my mother received a call from Walgreens saying that there was an Rx ready for her. When I called the store.. 'it's out for delivery'. I asked the Pharmacy how is it listed as 'ready' when the APP says that it was picked up the day before? 'The system lists it as ready until it is sold'. So, the medicine prescribed on Wed 1/17 at around 4 pm for something that should have been started the same day, as of Fri, 10:40 am, has yet to be delivered. This is healthcare?

Every time I encounter Mayra she greets me with a warm smile and a genuine enthusiasm that makes me feel valued as a customer. It's evident that Mayra goes above and beyond to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere, and her kindness has not gone unnoticed.

The worst experience as Walgreens customer. The attendant didn’t know about internal procedures. They delayed the transfer of my medication for three hours. They made me wait without notifications so I had to be after them to know about the status of the medication transfer. Very bad service.
