My mother is 87 years old and has been a client of this pharmacy for decades. She was given 3 emergency pills and needed one more before her pills got there from another place. Spoke with Byron Skinner the pharmacy manager and he refused to give it to her. This service after the many years as a client there is despicable.

Being approached by homeless people for money everytime you go! Not to mention the countless errors and overcharging of medications. Im done. Transferred all meds out today! Close this store!

So disappointed in this pharmacy and location. I’m sick and was told my three prescriptions would be ready at 3:30 that were called in by Dr. It is now 6:08 and only one is ready! I called to ask if they could please process a little faster as I had to pick up and get Into bed. Was told yes. Just called to get update and the two are still not processed.
These were called in about 2:30! Not happy and have never written a review before for a pharmacy but you need to do better Walgreens!

Ew. So rude. I asked 1 question and it looked like I bothered him. Rude response. This store is going downhill. Hopefully it closes like CVS across the street did. Or find new workers ! Horrible2nd - the homeless men that literally sit there all day on lawn chairs!! Doesn’t make me feel comfortable going there alone with my children.. not sure how they allow that. Asking us for money and saying they’ll rob us? “I should rob you for everything you got”Never coming back!!!!

Unfortunately there are several unkind reviews here, I suppose it is easier to complain than give praise. I had an amazing experience last week with one of the managers, Toniese. I had purchased a blood pressure machine the day before at a different location and wanted to change it for a different machine. The salesperson at the register tried a few times and then gave it to another person on a nearby register however it kept coming up in a way that would not allow for a straight return. Toniese, a manager not on duty but had returned for her own personal shopping stepped in. She was on line herself and saw what was happening and with amazing, kindness and patience was able to properly handle the transaction. We all know how retail has become, I am in it myself. Not many would take the time when its much easier to just say no and hand out a store credit.Toniese, a personal thank you and congratulations for being a stand out!!!

Pharmacy picks up and hangs up to send you back to perma-hold. Terrible customer service.

Called several times, pharmacy picks up and hangs up to send you back to automated system. I’d be fine waiting on hold when they are busy but don’t keep sending me back through the circle. Bad customer service.

Just had a great experience with the pharmacist at this Walgreens! Adnan (I hope I got his name right) went above and beyond to get my prescription filled before the holiday! So grateful!!

Stay away. On April 11, the pharmacist Ahmed Elsayed (pharmacist license #PS65225), an unemployed part-timer according to his Linked-In, and manager John Freely, a greasy scary guy, harassed a female customer and filed a false police report accusing a female CUSTOMER of trespassing to conceal they were harassing her. Two days later the police informed Elsayed and Freely had no right to file the report. I believe these employees are liars and dangerous based on what happened. Criminal and civil charges are being filed against Walgreens and these two bad actors. The pharmacy is filthy, and surely any medication is as dirty coming from such a rotten pharmacist.Walgreens has no regard for people's lives, and these two goons prove it. No surprise that Walgreens just paid over 80 Mil to the State of Florida after the DEA found Walgreens pharmacies pushed opioids involved in thousands of deaths.

Very dangerous place. The Walgreens pharmacist, an unemployed part-timer with a license of only a few months according to his Linked-In, named Ahmed Elsayed (pharmacist license #PS65225) called the police and filed a false report against a female senior citizen customer this month to harass her just because she legal requested his name and license that he concealed from customers. To further harass the customer, he lied that he will not fill her prescription because he said she did not have insurance, then he had another employee named John Abram Feeley impersonate a manager and join the harassment, and they called the police tow waste everyone's time--all because a customer was legally on the premises to get her prescription. Both Feeley and Ahmed also encouraged customers to harass the woman, but no one would join in except one lady who the pharmacist encouraged to yell at the woman legally on the premises. This is no way a pharmacist should treat customers and it violated every ethics and law. In Florida it is a law that pharmacists identify themselves with their name and license when asked by the public--but not Ahmed. He will violate the law, call the police and lie to the police to conceal his identity. They wasted police time and put the pharmacy at risk by leaving the pharmacy while customers waited. Two days later, the real manager of the store informed that Ahmed and Feely had no authorization to do that to the customer, that she was legally present and the police also confirmed that Ahmed Elsayed and John Abram Feeley were not authorized to make the false report against the customer--which making a false report is a crime that Ahmed and Feeley should be accountable. This place should be shut down, fined and in my opinion the pharmacist Ahmed Elsayed and manager John Freely are unstable and should be criminally charged. Disgusting that a large retail chain allows such loose canons to work there. A lawsuit is being filed to hold Walgreens

Great customer service from Camille in the pharmacy. He made sure my perceptions were delivered on time and even followed up to make sure I got them. [Passing on thanks from Camille G ]
