I made an appointment on line for Covid booster shot at 5 pm. Came over to this store and found out , that labcorp is working till 3pm. Why they couldn’t block the schedule? Very bad service

My experience at this particular, Walgreens pharmacy has been an incredible one! Ayah, one of the employees there, was absolutely the sweetest, and most educated pharmacy employees I have ever met. I was not feeling well when we arrived to pick up my prescription, and Ayah's empathy was not to be believed. Typically, when visiting pharmacies, at least, in my experience, we are typically met by overworked, frantic, calloused employees that have little care about what you need or how you are feeling. Ayuh was the one exception. She was incredibly kind, empathetic, and sensitive to my needs. Ayuh was an angel! She was a pleasure to deal with, and I recommend anyone in the area to frequent this pharmacy, and seek out Ayah if you have any specific needs. Walgreens is incredibly lucky to have an exceptional employee in Ayuh!

The worst Walgreens I have been to, I waited 2 hours to get my bloodwork done only to find out they never showed up. What a mess.

Made an appointment on Walgreens website to get COVID-19 Pfizer booster and Influenza vaccines. After arriving at store and waiting for 30 minutes in line for my appointment I was told that the Boca Raton Store #2664 does not have the Pfizer booster. Very disappointing in Walgreens to allow someone to make an appointment online through their website and not have the vaccine available. Will think twice before going to Walgreen Pharmacy.

The staff at this pharmacy deserves recognition for how smoothly they run things. They work with urgency- there’s no drive thru but I’m always in and out. You all are so appreciated!!! Especially in this type of department, being quick and considering the population of your customers goes a long way! Thank you for your hard work ❤️
