Christmas Day, went to this location for Passport photos. Was within the last hour before closing and Dayanawas very accommodating to assist us for our elderly friend to process the photos. Great customer service! Thanks Walgreens for hiring great staff.

The most horrible experience I've ever had with a pharmacy. I went to pick up my FedEx package, they kept me waiting, they sent an illiterate who wasn't able to read and to match the names from the package and my drivers license. The man without a badge was rude and very aggressive, I was afraid that he will hit me and ready to call the police. I asked for the manager and he asked me to leave the store saying that he is the manager - obviously he is not and there is not doubt that he is not a stable person.

The worst Walgreens pharmacy I’ve visited. I had a horrible experience with an employee called Karen, a person who was completely mentally unstable. My address was updated 2 months ago and she couldn’t find on the computer so she started screaming didn’t let me explain and threw my ID on the floor in front of other customers. Extremely rude person she shouldn’t be working with people.

I happened to check my Walgreens mobile app on the way to Boca and I found a few clearance items displayed on the app, so we decided to check this Walgreens for some sale and clearance items.Of course when I arrived, the few things I wanted were out of stock, but I wandered around the scented candles area and I was very impressed with their choices of candle fragrances. I usually would not think of getting scented candles at a drugstore, but some of these had very unique smells.Just something to consider if you are every near a Walgreens and want to get a nice house gift for a friends.

So would love to give a better review but just cannot bring myself to it. Lately the store seems to be off. Tried to get passport photos and no one could find the camera and then when we came back the system was down. While waiting go to get my scripts and for the third month in a row they have my insurance info wrong and I have to wait for it to be fixed. When we transferred our RX's to this location I gave all our kids names and addresses and new insurance card and every time I come in I have to revive it all and wait for it to be put in the computer again. Address's I've had 15-20 years ago seem to keep popping back up. I call a number they gave me to update the file and it never seems to get done. But for now since I usually only get one script a month I put myself through this event every month. Maybe one day

This Walgreens has a 2.2 review for a reason. The workers here have no customer service training including the manager himself! On Christmas Day I came into this Walgreens on time before 6pm at around 5:50pm and my sister in law wanted virgin pina coladas as she is pregnant and we all know how that is. I sent my husband with her to get the pina colada mix next door at there liquor section. They were able to find everything on time prior to 6pm and were waiting on line when I walked in to help them. FYI, doors were still open. The old lady that should have been charging and scanning faster but didn't have the capability and strength to do so decided to tell us that the register locks at 6pm and she was unable to let them purchase the items that were in there hands and holding waiting at the register. Question: Why did you wait until 6:00pm to inform that!?? If you knew that, why were you moving so slow with the person in front of us!??? When I asked for them manager it was the indianish gentleman that was in the Walgreens Pharmacy next door that I was even joking with and to find out you didnt deserve the friendly conversation. He comes in and says exactly this, "You should have shopped faster." Even though they were standing on the line. Well Walgreens should have hired staff that have the capability to service people at a decent pace and a manager with better customer service training and humility. This manager should be ashamed of himself with his response and I am highly disgusted. I don't wish you a Merry Christmas. Grinch!

The entire pharmacy department here needs some drastic work. First of all it has never taken me under 25 minutes to get someone on the phone. Secondly when you are finally ready to pick up your prescriptions be prepared to block out a good hour or 2 of your day. Everyone seems confused or perhaps it’s their first day. Lastly don’t be surprised if you are spoken to rudely, like you did something wrong…By far the worst pharmacy experience each time I have come. I can’t wait for my insurance to change so I can go back to CVS.

Customer service could be a-lot betterNot in a ideal location for a Walgreens but its ok. The Pharmacy customer service is terrible. Call get immediately placed on hold. Waited few mins and was immediately brushed off. Store is a bit outdated and could use a remodel.

When I tell you that this store is horrible that would be an understatement. I’ve been filling my prescriptions at this location for over a year. So I get a phone calling telling me that they can no longer fill my prescriptions because I’m in a different county so I can no longer be serviced there. I then tried to explain to the person from the pharmacy that was the reason I was filling there cause no Walgreens in my area has it. So she then told me that if we all get the same stock and they should have it and basically it’s my problem to figure it out. No companion just an attitude. So I’ve already been on the phone for 3hrs no one has it so I guess I just won’t have my medication anymore. I don’t know what to do ??♀️

Manager was very friendly, the store was not very busy, as I went on a weekend evening. There was two cash registers that I saw, there was one individual with one cash register, but the manager actually went out of his way and ringed me up on the other register.

I will be switching pharmacies. They ignore your calls. When you call the store portion and explain they also ignore your calls and are dismissive. Extremely rude staff. Horrible service not worth it to get my prescription there any longer. Whoever was working 7/20 at 8pm refused to pickup my calls. The store reps eventually stopped answering when I tried calling back because the pharmacist was not picking up.

"I don't think you do," I said."You know how to take the reservation, but you don't know how to keep the reservation, which is the most important part of the reservation." [Seinfeld reference]While my insurance coverage forces me to use this retailer, I'm constantly frustrated with every visit.I made an appointment for my annual flu shot for 11:20 am on the 14th of Sep. I filled out their questionnaire online. I arrived at 11:15 and was a bit concerned with the number of people in their waiting area. "Perhaps they're waiting for a prescription to be filled," I thought. As I was checking in, another gentleman came up to the counter and said "Do you know how much longer?" I learned his "appointment" was for 10:50 and the other party in the waiting room had an appt for 10:20!I asked the young lady at the counter "it looks like you're running an hour late, what's going on?" She told me the pharmacist administers the vaccines and she was busy with "other things."Huh?I actually went over to CVS and paid for my vaccine. It took about 10 mins, all in, and was worth it, imo.

Waited on hold to speak to the pharmacy, someone picked up, jostled the phone and hung up on me. This happened several times and eventually they told me they couldn't help me and to try the 800 number, which didn't let me speak to anyone. Website chat eventually said I'd have to go back to the pharmacy.Not sure why walgreens is putting up with this. Bad reviews have been around for months.
