By phone the pharmacy hardly ever answers promptly. Poorly service. The waiting time to be able to someone get on the phone is more than 12 minutes. We are talking about a team of 4/5 people. I went twice today and there is 2/3 people picking medication
Very disappointed with the poor management and performance running for the nurse in charge. Hardly smile I have to add.

The pharmacy at this store is disorganized, rude staff and have no customer service skills. While waiting in a long line with only one clerk to assist customers, the clerk yells someone’s name on the overhead speaker and walks away leaving a long line of customers waiting in disbelief. It took a while for someone to show up to assist customers. When I finally got to the clerk she could not find my prescription. If an Uber driver was in line they got to come up to the front of the line while everyone else was waiting. Very disorganized very disappointing.

This location is a joke.
The first of two staff literally moves like molasses and acted like every item scanned needed to be analyzed individually.
Second staff finally came to assist us. We submitted a single photo magnet nearly two hours previously… after searching under our name for 5 mins she states she can’t find it. Only to soon find it in their que that they haven’t checked in clearly hours.
So now she’s going to print while we wait. After 15 minutes of standing at the counter she finally informs us with “ uh yea.. I have no idea what’s going on with the machine. I can’t print it for you.”
Then proceeds to tell us we will have to wait until 4pm for another employee to arrive.
Now this so simple gift for a party that we planned before 4p is no longer an option.
I lost 25 mins of my life here.

Mikayla went above and beyond. She spent over an hour on the phone and got our insurance authorization. She saved me $400, her attitude was great!

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Isha at Walgreens 441 and Glades with my prescription, and I cannot speak highly enough of their service. Isha was not only incredibly knowledgeable and efficient but also displayed exceptional customer service skills. They patiently answered all my questions, ensuring I understood my medication and how to take it properly. Their friendly and professional demeanor made the entire experience seamless and pleasant. Thank you, Isha for your outstanding help – you truly went above and beyond!

The pharmacy manager Matt is utterly terrible, customer service skills of an imbicile. I have filed my Adderall prescription in Walgreens pharmacies for years, including this location. Currently, with my prescription due to be filled and being in Boca I sought to have my prescription filled in Boca, especially during a severe tropical storm. Matt, being an A-xxx said that he wouldn't do it because my other pharmacy was only an hour away. In disbelief I asked Matt to make sure I understand that correctly, which I did. So despite having an active address, DL in boca, Matt the A-xxx told me to drive an hour in a storm. I literally hope you are fired.

Horrible pharmacy! Had an emergency with my fiancée who was in pain and the lady in the front her name started with an M yelled at me to sit down and wait. She was extremely rude and should take a class in customer service. The other pharmacist was extremely rude to myself and my doctor as well. Never going back here. This Walgreens pharmacy should be ashamed of themselves!

I agree with the other patients. The ladies in the pharmacy are very rude. I don’t know why they’re still working there. I called the corporate office to complain about them and to pharmacy manager.
