Just got my flu shot here, and Ashraf was awesome! Super friendly, quick, and made the whole thing easy. He answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable. Definitely recommend getting your vaccines here

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Walgreens recently, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. The store was in a deplorable condition – it was dirty, disorganized, and frankly, it felt like a complete mess.First and foremost, the pharmacy was a chaotic nightmare. There was no semblance of order, and it was abundantly clear that they were severely understaffed. I had to endure a ridiculously long line, which would have been bearable if they had enough employees to manage it. However, I witnessed multiple staff members calling out sick or being absent, leaving the few remaining employees overwhelmed and struggling to keep up.To make matters worse, they proved utterly incompetent when it came to prescription filling. I had to return to the pharmacy multiple times because they couldn't get my prescriptions right. It's both frustrating and concerning that such a crucial service is mishandled so frequently. All in all, my visit to Walgreens was a nightmarish ordeal, and I can't emphasize enough how disappointed I am with the entire experience. It's a shame that a once-reliable pharmacy has fallen so far in terms of cleanliness, organization, and service quality. I'll certainly be exploring other options for my healthcare needs in the future.

CROSS AT THE PHARMACY IS A JERK! I waited on the phone for over 30 minutes. This man just kept saying hold on kept hanging up after 30 minutes he literally hung up the phone. I called back and he started screaming at me saying well there's other people calling on the line you're not the only one like very rude not even hey how are you one second can't even take five seconds out of his day to just be like hey we're super busy. Do you mind giving us a call back?? then he tried to be sarcastic during the call saying well I can't snap my fingers and make something happen right away and just making sarcastic jokes and after waiting so long. I asked what is his name so I can reach a manager or higher authority and he told me his name is cross and I was like what is your last name and he said you're not getting my last name and started laughing and hung up. How unprofessional and what a complete jerk this man is. Disgusting how he treated me.

PHARMACY I have been coming to this pharmacy for over 15 years . You have to wait awhile to pick up prescriptions because they service a lot of customers. today I realized after absorbing about 15 minutes of Walgreens employee Addison's time, I don't mind the wait the staff is awesome. ADDISON a pharmacist that works there was extremely helpful to me on certain meds and how to switch over. I am not the patient my 91yr old Mom is. it's nice to know I can ask my pharmacist these questions as I walked away with no stress and total confidence that I am doing right by my mom. She went over all the meds and answered all my questions. THANK YOU Addison Xoxox Gina

I would give them 0 stars but this isn't possible. The store is fin it the pharmacy is probably the worst I have ever used in my life - and I am NOT exaggerating. They are incredibly slow, make multitudes of mistakes with my prescriptions and they don't seem to even care. I've been waiting today for 20 minutes to just collect a prescription and they have 4 people working at the pharmacy right now. To Walgreens: I can and AM going to go elsewhere. You are lucky to have any customers at all and I assure you that you are losing more daily. People DO have a choice and you folks are the absolute worst one of they can possibly make. Good bye!!!!

Lots of communication issues with the pharmacy, so it would be a 2 star review but Alexandra bent over backward to help me - thank you!

Worst ever. Never go to this pharmacist. Completely rude and not will to accommodate. I will be going g to Tue US1 and Federal store from now on. You should just shut this store down period or a most give your employees some training in customer service. Sergio is the worst. Just stay away!!!

Sergio went out of his way to accommodate me when a delivery was lost. Also, the staff are always helpful, efficient and professional! With covid, they are happy to bring prescriptions out in behalf of customer (no drive-thru). Customer service at its best!

I know, rarely do people write a good review. Most people take the time to post when they have a grievance, and I am no different. I ordered my monthly supply of 2 medications. One I've been filling at Walgreens for 25 years, and the other for 5yrs. I mention the timeline, as the predictability of my order should help with the stocking of the drugs. ...Think again... I received a text my prescriptions are ready and head over, in the rain of course (not their fault). Yet in fact, 1 RX wasn't approved by my Dr (mixup, and not Walgreens fault), and the other (a 90 days supply) they hand to me as filled (I'll come back to this later). I ask for a 3 day supply of my life dependent -- can have a heart attack or stroke if I don't take daily medication --- and they say NO, I'll have to come back next week! After much arguing about the seriousness of the situation, and how had they told me about the issue I would have gone to Costco, called the Dr to see what was up, etc, I finagled 3 pills to get through the weekend. When I get home, I notice the prescription they "said" they fill only had 3 pills of the 90 in the bottle. Ok, no biggy I am planning to head back anyway. I arrive Monday afternoon and am told that, yet again, the prescriptions aren't ready. I ask to speak to one of the 3 pharmacists who I am watching fill prescriptions a few feet away, and am told they are all on break. One of them walks over and tells me they are on break for another 25 min (although they are visibly working) and that I cannot have 1 pill while I wait, let alone my prescriptions until the break time is over. I ask, "you've had approval for both since Friday at 2pm, and its Monday at 1:30 pm. Why hasn't it been filled? Answer: I called you and told you they were both out of stock and won't be in until 2:15. This, of course, was a lie to my face and showed me the pharmacist in question cannot do math on the fly. 1:30pm + 20min = 1:50pm. But if the medication isn't coming in until 2:15pm (delivery time ), + you have to add the time to fill the prescription between other irate customers ( there were many) = possible another 3 trips to Walgreens to pick up my medications. ...oh wait, I think I'll just transfer them to another store.

Pharmacy is a terrible experience. Numerous times I have been the very first customer in line when the pharmacy opens yet told the wait would be a couple of hours.... when I questioned it the response is that they have to fill the other things first. It's like they are blind to the idea of giving priority to someone waiting in person because you know...people have time to waste. Also be careful if your doctor ever changes the dose because then the pharmacy techs think they've just caught the next Pablo Escobar. Like my side hustle is selling low dose controlled pharma that I pick up every 30 days, exactly. Pro tip: I'd probably be going for a much higher dose genius. I know others don't like Sergio but at least he's not one of these super troopers who think everyone is a scumbag criminal. May lack peak customer service but he's never done me wrong. Terrible all around.
