Just picked up our new puppy! We’ve visited this store for many many years playing with the puppies. We lost our dog last year and when the time was right came back to visit the puppies again at Waggs to Riches . We found the perfect dog. Great experience!!! Kim at the store made the process so easy. Thank you Kim!!!

After many visits to puppy stores, we purchased a terrific little Cavapoo from "Waggs to Riches" in Boca Raton named "Lucy".From the moment you step in the door, you are greeted by a knowledgeable staff who are passionate about dogs and who will match you up with the right kind of puppy for your lifestyle.I have to say, Kim the owner, was extremely helpful with my choice. She did not pressure me, and answered all of my concerns regarding the puppies well being. The store has a great selection of puppy merchandise as well and of course the puppies are so cute!Thank you Waggs to Riches and KimRobin J.

We were visiting from NJ on spring break and fell in love with our amazing mini goldendoodle in this shop. The owner was very knowledgeable and such a pleasure to deal with. We are so thrilled to finally have a hypoallergenic and non-shedding pup in our life. ❤️

Very racist woman at the desk. I was looking for a gift for my sister and she paid me no mind and then proceeded to give attitude. How do you expect people to buy? Not black people friendly at all.

I purchased a Teacup poodle back in November. I talked to Kim several times on the phone before I drove over from Venice Fl, she was very straight upfront and honest. I did some research around the country for teacup poodles, I was disappointed in my search until I found this place. I am very happy with the puppy 2 1/2 months later. I would highly recommend talking to Kim if you’re looking for a puppy before you buy one just off photos! THANK YOU KIM!!!

I've previously left a review on google regarding the owners rudeness not just to the customers but also to the puppies and how she didn't seem to care that much about a sick puppy they had out. The response I got back made zero sense. What does "store rules" have anything to do with being plain rude? If it was a store rule issue, I would've been told to not play with the puppies....but I wasn't told that. I was simply treated poorly and they are now using the "store rule" excuse. It's a store rule to act like a b***h to customers? They also had nothing to say about the owner mistreating a puppy in front of customers, not surprising. PLEASE go elsewhere to purchase a puppy. I'm sure some of the employees really do care about the well-being of the animals but the owner? Not so much. It's pretty sad how they addressed my review like I was the one breaking the rules, when the owner literally made a puppy YELP in front of me and my friend, once she noticed that we saw what she did, the nice attitude came out. Absolutely disgusting.

This is a wonderful pet store—clean and with knowledgeable personnel. Kim, the owner, is lovely to deal with. We have obtained two dogs from her and are thrilled with both.

Wow! I mean wow! It’s nice to know that I’m purchasing a puppy from a legitimate establishment. I bought murphy, my new puppy, 8 months ago. He came strong and healthy with no issues. I love him. He takes time away from my wife because I love to play with him more. Funny how that works. I didn’t want a dog but my wife couldn’t resist. Now Murphy and I are best friends. You should see him run in the backyard for a tennis ball. My goodness he’s quick! Every now and then I find myself falling asleep in the dog bed with him when we watch a movie together(the warden doesn’t like that either). The owner Kim was great to work with. They really care about the health of the puppies. Can’t thank you enough for putting Murphy into my life.

The “sales” people in this store are rude and don’t care if you come in unless they know for certain you are buying the puppies. I went in looking for a new puppy to have come home to my golden retriever. The owner at the front is carelessThe puppies are clearly in need of attention and clearly don’t get it.I would have loved to been given the time of day while genuinely looking for a new puppy but due to what I can assume is my age I was disregarded and spoken to once and all was said was “ don’t touch the dogs” in a rude tone.Honestly all I can pray and hope is that these poor puppies aren’t being neglected or treated negatively.Terrible experience.

What a magical place! Kim (who is the owner) nurtures the puppies in a way that defies definition and went to great lengths to ensure that our little forever treasure was the right fit for our girls. The array of accessories are also stunning and anytime we are in the area we stop by to say hello and see what new items she has! Thank you Kim for such a special addition to our family!

I purchased my puppy here 3 years ago, please save yourself the headache and money. This place way overcharged us, unfortunately it was our daughter’s birthday and she fell in love with the pup. We were told a price over the phone by the owner and then when we wanted to buy him, the man there increased the price by $500 more. Also the picture that was on their website did not match the puppy that we were inquiring about. In a few days from when we purchased him he became very ill and we had to make multiple trips to the vet er and he had to stay overnight at the er which became very costly. He had giardia and it was due to the overcrowded pen he was in and they throw the food on the ground were the pups poop and pee. He also has a joint problem that will probably require surgery and also has a very sensitive stomach and vomits a lot, at least 1 to 2 times a week, that is a long term effect from the giardia. My groomer also told me she doesn’t think he is full line poodle because his hair is not curly like a poodle should be. Save your money and go to a private breeder, you will be much better off. We learned from our mistake and will never buy from a puppy store again.
