Seriously cute bags! The ones on display made me stop and go inside they were so beautiful. This store was impeccably clean. Tastefully decorated and showcased only the best. I liked the small black one that the mannequin was holding the best. All of the black bags were stunning. I've got to come back and shop more here.

I recently purchased a pair of earrings in this store and when I got them home, I realized they were too heavy to wear. I consider this a design flaw. I visited the store about 10 days later to return the earrings, and was told the best they could do was store credit. Although this wasn't the outcome I preferred, I have to commend both Woody and his manager for their customer service skills in handling what likely seemed to be a difficult client. They were more than professional in explaining that the corporate policy did not permit refunds, even on a product that was questionably flawed. It's a tough position to be placed in by an employer, but they handled the situation with decorum, care, and aplomb.

I’m highly disappointed of this store. For one the young man Woody never mentioned to me that It was two separate cost for bikini swimsuit I purchased. I was so busy trying to get my bank transactions to go through off my phone that I did not realize I was over charged for the two pieces. It was not until we were on the express way, I realized when I was looking online they had the pieces as two separate charge. I immediately reached out to Woody and he obviously thought it was one transactions when I asked him but when I confirmed on the receipt it showed two transactions. However, when I was getting ready to return the items that’s when he told there are no return on items and only store credit or exchange. When I called the customer service number, they weren’t too helpful as well. He did a great job upselling me from the original item I came to buy a few weeks back but I don’t like the miscommunication of important information like hey just to let you know before I process this, there’s no return but exchange or store credit only.

Carmen is amazing and extremely professional. He knows about everything and he can give you advise depending on the event you’re gonna go to. You don’t see this type of professional every day and I will be going with my family to shop there again because of him. I am so thankful.

Pretty disappointed by my visit to this store . When we walked in there was no friendly greeting , in fact I felt as if I was disturbing their conversation by the way they looked at us .

Carmen was nice enough to have a pair of shoes shipped from LA to the Boca store for me. He made the whole process seamless! The Boca store is lucky to have him and I recommend asking for his assistance if you’re interested in buying anything from here!

Great friendly location. Got my wife a bag and on my second pair of Chain Reactions. Carmen went above and beyond to follow up on an order I have been looking for weeks now.
