It’s amazing how far prompt responses and honesty gets you. I emailed them about an issue I was having. They replied quickly with a response that had a plan so I knew I wasn’t going to be spending a bunch of money on an old roomba. I brought it in this morning and later today they advised not to move forward as it seemed to be a massive issue. Most repair type places will try to sell you or convince you to spend money, but these kind people made a recommendation that didn’t make them any money today but I will surely be back to them and tell others. Thank you for the great communication.

This is one of the BEST service providers I have ever experienced. My daughters electric Barbie car needed a repair (engine and gearbox) and Mattel, the toy maker referred me to these people. Kim and her staff are the nicest and most honest people I have ever met. They took the time to understand my problem, ordered the part and charged me a very small amount to repair the car. I can't say enough about these amazing people and recommend you visit them for all technical and vacuum repairs.

Excellent service, professional and knowledgeable, quickly fixed the canister (wouldn’t open to empty) on my Dyson cordless vacuum and didn’t even charge me. I will definitely return and highly recommend this business.

Easy process. I dropped my vacuum off, they took my info, processed my warranty & texted like 5 days later that it was ready. Super easy. I had a few questions & the person behind the desk was very nice & knowledgeable.

Amazing experience. I went and took my Dyson vacuum to see if it can be revived and the gentleman fixed it under 10mn right in front of me. I was so impressed!!If you have a vacuum that you love but don't want to spend on a new one I will recommend a visit. Friendly environment, amazing employees and lovely dogs.

Two associates were outstandingly helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating above and beyond any reasonable expectation. I had a clog in my vacuum hose and rather than just sell a new one, both associates spent their time fixing my clogged hose. That kind of customer service is extraordinary!!! Very grateful. They clearly care about their customers and have excellent product knowledge. Highly recommend!!!!

I had an issue with my Oreck Cordless Pod Vacuum...and was so impressed with the service...it works like a dream once again! It is a very customer-centric shop and I will definitely be back!
