Its always the same 2 guys at the front counter ruining everyones day, they both are rude and unprofessional & don't actually wanna help anybody solve any issues with the mail they just wanna get you out the door as fast as possible
with only the smallest amount of information so that you don't know whats going on when they have made a mistake. The manager needs to replace these two guys at the front counter it’s ridiculous they should work out back if they can’t cooperate with people. I went in months ago for an issue it was the same guys doing the same thing & i was over charged on shipping & it seemed like it was intentional for bringing up the issue i had, SAME thing today. Lost my package, dont know where it is, get out. Thats what i got.

Horrible services. I called ahead of time and they said they do walk ins, (I came super early ans waited for when there were no more people with appointments, and asked if they could sign the necessary documents so I could have it shipped for college. However the lady said it's appointment only and though no one else was there she will not be helping me. Horrible place honestly.

Went to this location today to renew my passport. Carlos was amazing. He helped me through the entire process. Very helpful and was a gentleman.

This is the worst post office I have ever been to, the employees are incredibly rude and don't want to work. There is a huge queue, and in the other room two workers are laughing. I tried to call one of the workers, she came out of the room with an aggressive look and said “what do you need? Bye»

l had an appmt for passport was late could not find place, girl made me wait 2 hrs, left three people to go ahead of me. She ignored me and i said when? she said “I don’t know. I left. The guy there that worked with her could have said something. i don’t think either one of them likes their jobs.

Sent a package today. Used the wrong box but the lady working the counter helped identify the correct box. She ran different scenarios with shipping and insurance. Very patient. Thank you

Parking lot is always full forcing you to pay at the nearby lot just to mail a package. They tell you to use the machine to avoid the long line, but machine may not track package. I scanned at machine and dropped off package inside (since there is no mailbox!) but item did not track as leaving facility for 4 days! Worker had no explanation for item not tracking, said Maxine May not scan right, and said 3-day priority is an average, could take over a week ?
We shouldn’t have to pay to use the post office (perhaps allow 15 min free parking). There is something wrong with how the office is run when the choice is to wait in a long line or take chance with machine that may not track or packages getting lost.

Everyone needs the Post Office some time, even today with email. Emails don’t transport packages and physical staff, and emails cannot substitute certified mail. The USPS offers the best price and the employees at the USPS are always nice and helpful. The USPS in Boca downtown location have exceptional and hard working employees, and I have never had a problem there. For passport expect a long waiting period, because they have few employees and a lot of customers. I only wish for the greedy landlord to make repairs in the roof and remodel the place accordingly to the high rent he collects, About parking: we should park there without paying a fee, since we are customers paying for the service. Anyway, I go as soon as it opens, so I got one of the few parking spots right in front of the place.

Waiting 30 minutes for supervisor or Manager, there is so many bad reviews and looks like no one gives a S….T if the C.O doesn’t give i S…..T why the employees will care about it. Long line and 1 person only taking care of the guests, it’s not the employees fault it’s managementPlease some one give att to this post office URGENT ?
