I’ve never encountered a more rude or incompetent employee. They refused to print a receipt or label. Just absolutely incredible how they have a job.

Lazy sums it up. I went inside to get a package scan and they wouldn't scan it. I had to use the kiosk in the lobby of which there was a gentleman who was scanning several packages. Mind you there was nobody in the post office. Just two clerks sitting behind the counter looking at their phones. What has happened to customer service and helping out the customer. I go to the Coral springs office and they have no issues in scanning packages inside.

Younger female clerk refused to assist me today when I wasn't able to read the screen wearing prescription sunglasses trying to mail a package. I explained that I did not have my regular glasses on me and am unable to read the screen due to the reflection. Instead of assiting me she commented in a condescending way "well you cannot read with nor without glasses" and something to the extent that I shouldn't be going around as I cannot see. Really? Prior to that she accused me of lifting the small screen out off its base when I tilted it trying to read. Unreal. I approached her in a friendly manner; there was no reason for this kind of rude behavior. Doesn't the USPS have a Code of Ethics or provide basic customer service training which is clearly something this lady could benefit from?
Don't count on assistance from this clerk if you are truly vision impaired. Of course she would not disclose her name.

They rather have a line at self service than assist guest.

Postal clerk refused to provide a receipt for a priority mail package. Said receipts were a postal office case by case option and this location doesn't provide receipts and if I needed a receipt to go to the kiosk. He was an as****e about it as well

This is the worst and not my first rodeo with this post office they lose everything and anything and the smallest things “trying to find” my package that I ordered days before event and it still isn’t here I don’t recommend using usps for any package .

Worst customer service and very rude staff. Never will go back to that location. Now I understand the bad reviews here. Absolutely ridiculous! I will add that the nice man across the street was very helpful he went out of his way to help and get me info. And he was friendly! But main office big thumbs down .

Awful. I wanted a receipt to confirm that the package was received by the post office and en route to give a customer. She asked did you print this out then just take a picture. Never had an issue with any other post office giving me a receipt.

This post office is always clean and organized. The staff is friendly and they will answer the questions you have. Sam helped me the first time, he is an ex veteran. I find friendly and respectful employees.

I don’t know what I’m missing based on the reviews here but they’ve always been nice to me. No issues with shipping, prepaid or not.Large free parking lot in front.Usually 10 minutes maximum wait as there are 1 to 2 people working the registers.

It’s like a prerequisite to work here is to be rude and hate your job. This was my first time going to this location and I had no idea they had two different buildings. I notice a UPS truck was unloading at their location and there was a door right by there so I called to confirm I could go in so I wouldn’t go into an unauthorized space.i called and the employee did not state her name (probably to avoid a complaint for her horrible attitude) I asked if the door is where UPS unloads for them and she said “I don’t know I don’t work for UPS” so I replied “I understand you don’t work for UPS but the truck is unloading in front of your building” she proceeded to go back and forth with me claiming that I was talking about a UPS building (probably because she was just trying to be combative) and saying “well I guess that’s where you go in I don’t know” so finally I asked to speak to a supervisor so she put me on hold then the supervisor didn’t answer and just hung up on me. I tried calling back and they let it ring out.Luckily, Darren (one of the other employees) found me lost outside and even though it was his lunch break he guided me to the building and made sure I was taken care of. Perhaps he should be the supervisor since he actually cares to have a job.

Saturday hours are posted as 4:30pm. The woman working here locked the door before 4:25pm, and when 2 people who drove here and were clearly here before closing time asked to come in, lady rudely snapped ‘we’re closed’ and then shut the blinds and turned off the lights.
