Save your time and money don't go here they won't even scan your packages in and give you a receipt. Waited in line to scan in my packages. The guy said I am lucky to even be talking to him in 1 year there will be no workers to help everything will be done self service. I said well as of now every other post office I have been in will scan in your packages and give you a receipt.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Undelivered International Package and Lack of Notification
Dear USPS Customer Service,
I am writing to formally express my concern and disappointment regarding the mishandling of an international package that was sent to me from Ukraine by my parents.
According to your tracking system and postal representatives, a delivery attempt was made, and a notice was supposedly left to inform me that the package could not be delivered due to my absence. However, I would like to state clearly that I never received any delivery notice — neither a physical slip at my residence nor any digital notification via email or text message.
As a result of this failure in communication, the package was returned to Ukraine without giving me a fair chance to retrieve it. This package was very important to me and contained personal items that are not easily replaceable.
I respectfully request an investigation into this issue, including:
• Confirmation of the delivery attempt and how the notice was issued,
• Clarification of why no further notice or attempt was made,
• An explanation of your process for international returns and whether any additional steps could have been taken to contact the recipient before returning the package.
I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter and preventing similar situations in the future. Please let me know if you require any additional details such as the tracking number, sender’s information, or proof of identity.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.
The package is heading back to America again! Please pay attention and make sure it reaches me. I left a clear request - leave it at the door. Please do not ignore it.

Awful service !!!!! if I could give no stars I would . came to just send one little package with prepaid label . Waited in line for 20 minutes because other people had like endless amount of packages from businesses to send. it was close to closing time. So by the time I got to the clerk, she tells me that I need to go to the machine if I want to have a receipt printed. Since I have no idea where machine is and what it is, she spent at least 2-3 minutes explaining to me where is it because of course she wanted to get rid of me faster. Interestingly enough, it would have taken her 3 seconds to scan my package, meaning less than she spent explaining to me where I should go. Of course when I got to the machine there was a line waiting because a lot of people went to that machine. And the office of course already got closed. So I had to drive to another post office which thank God was still open. Stand in line again and it took literally 3 seconds to scan my package and give me a receipt. Some people are just such a trash!!!!!!

Did a change of address at post office December 06, 2024. On January 6 , 2025 went to post office to check why I m not receiving any mail to my new address. They told me everything looks ok. But they don't know why the carrier is still delivering it to the old address. Today is January 21, 2025 & I m still not receiving mail. Came to talk to the manager & she is not available.

Mail here constantly due to my eBay, I arrived at 5:25 they close at 5:30 and I’ve always had good experiences but today told no they’re taking care of one lady there and that’s it then closes window in my face extremely disrespectful of a time appears as when it’s closed yet employees close at different time very misleading.

Sam was very helpful and patient, guiding us through the entire process of posting an international package. He was quick and efficient, making the whole experience smooth. The wait time was short, and the staff was incredibly nice and polite. I will definitely recommend this location and will be returning.

Not friendly and very uninviting employees. My code wasn’t working at the kiosk when I was told to use it instead of them easily scanning it themselves. What do they even do here?

I just was there yesterday.
I would never complain, but I was treated so rudely by a man yesterday.
I received the worst service ever. Those workers at that Post office rarely greet you, they seemed entitled, they treat people so rudely.
They seemed so unhappy in their work.
I was already inside because there were no lines, there was a long line at the self help machine. This rude man would not take my packages, claiming that all prepaid packages must be dropped at the self serve machine. I was going to do that, but there was a long line waiting on the only machine, and I saw there were no lines inside.
It was almost time of closing, and he would not scan my prepaid packages.
He could have done it easily. He didn't have any customers.
When you deal with customers, there are ways to talk politely to people. The way he talked to me was unacceptable, so degrading!
I will never go back to that office. Delray Beach and Boynton beach offices have amazing workers. It is a pleasure to go to those offices.
Are there supervisors at this Boca Raton office? Why do they allow workers treat people disrespectfully?
Why do these people treat people like that?

I’ve never encountered a more rude or incompetent employee. They refused to print a receipt or label. Just absolutely incredible how they have a job.

Lazy sums it up. I went inside to get a package scan and they wouldn't scan it. I had to use the kiosk in the lobby of which there was a gentleman who was scanning several packages. Mind you there was nobody in the post office. Just two clerks sitting behind the counter looking at their phones. What has happened to customer service and helping out the customer. I go to the Coral springs office and they have no issues in scanning packages inside.
