US POS mail carrier at Mizner Court. My mail is my property- give it to me!! Thanks for the "resolution" case handler!! Hope I get my gift out of the mail slot it's STUCK IN before CHRISTMAS!!!!!!! Do better government workers!!!!

Went to this post office today 9-12-2023. This is not our local post office. I was doing an errand in the neighborhood and thought to shop our package here. Wrong on every level! There ac is broken and it feels like its 185 degrees inside. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with breathing issues. I felt faint, waiting in line, sweating, and I could barely breathe. I had a prepaid package and all I wanted was a receipt, just in case.Both the woman and man refused to service me and told me, to go on the keyosk in the other room. I explained, that our regular post office gives receipts all of the time. I was told, we don’t do that here. I walked out and will gladly go to our wonderful local post office. Everyone should be fired at this location and get a working ac for the elderly! Shame on you!

Keep calling. Phone continues to ring, & then they disconnect you. Impossible to reach anyone at this location!

They sometimes did not deliver the package and returned it back to the sender for unknown reason. Now my package keep bounching even though my mailbox is empty and I always at home all the time. So weird… This branch need a reformation! Not acceptable to serve great Boca!

PEOPLE NEED TO SLOW DOWN DRIVING HERE! There's people that cross the street and the cars don't even stop to let them pass. Boca it's ridiculous how you all have zero care for others! I hope no one gets run over because no one has regard for anyone here! AND WHEN SOMEONE IS BACKING UP, STOP AND LET THEM LEAVE. DON'T HONK AT THEM!!! PEOPLE HERE ARE SO RUDE!!

Disgusting way to treat people - I would never recommend this USPS. The guy who looked about hound 20s was so condescending and rude to not only be but every customer at 9:00 in the morning. If you don’t like dealing with people- get a new job

Why are they closed? The phone is active though it only rings and rings, if they were actually closed it'd be disconnected. I think my passport is stuck in that store and no one answers.
