Never waited before to the post office employee to come back from the restroom for 25 minutes.
Someone needs to check this location employees and to make sure they don't do whatever they want..

My package was brought to the wrong facility. It didn’t get delivered and honestly I am very upset with the whole situation.I do want to thank the two women who spoke to me today about it. The lady in the store directing me to her boss and her boss at the facility. It was at closing time after she clearly already had a really rough day. I’m sure I didn’t make it any better. But she still went the extra mile and tried to help me the best she could. I’ll be praying this woman gets some much needed rest and recognition that she deserves.

This West Boca PO on W Palmetto is THE WORST PO I have ever been to. The long black haired lady covered in tattoos and the Indian dude are BEYOND rude to the customers here. I wintenessed both of these workers yelling at elderly customers because the POSTAL workers didn't want to acknowledge that their instructions were confusing. Tattoo lady I catch talking socially on the phone and even looking at YouTube videos on her phone. The Indain dude literally snarls at everyone like a dog. Why haven't these 2 been fired?!!! Does anyone from UPS read the reviews on their business?! Make the West Boca Post Office BETTER please!!!!!!

Have been calling This location for the part 30 min, over 15 call and not a single answer, after ringing for about a minute, it disconnects and apologizes that the call cannot be completed.

I love this post office branch. It's big, clean, is well stocked with materials and the clerks are very friendly. Also, there's hardly ever a line! Any time I've come by I've waited no more than a minute or two for service. Compared with my usual branches In Delray or Boca, this place is a dream. Kudos to the supervisors for running a solid branch. Five stars.

If I could give 0 stars I would . Slowest post office with the worst customer service. Heather needs to be fired!!!!!! They have lost multiple packages of mine and then have the audacity to have an attitude about their mess up! This place is absolutely the worst. Do better.

Last time there no one at counter was yelling hello finally someone came out and I used the tap roll thing on right and took a Chunk out of my index finger and employee saw it and I asked do you have a Bandaid or something was bleeding every she said No and Walked away to the Back and I had to use my Shirt to stop the Blood and the Chunk of meat was still on tape dispenser and pulled off and She Never Cleaned it

Very insensitive I’m a business owner and this location always cover up my logo. It’s common sense if one side is blank put it on that side last time I do business with this location. His response was like oh well.

If I could give it zero stars I would. There’s a line out the door and two people are on break. One person working and doesn’t even say Hi. Takes 5 minutes to check someone out and then goes in the back doesn’t come out for five minutes. I will never use this post office again

Do not answer the phone. Lied on package update saying it was requested by customer to be held at post office, which I would never do since I live an hour away from there. Now original delivery estimate has passed and I don't know if I will ever see my package.

Two clerks that work there have some of the worst customer service skills I've ever encountered, and this coming from someone whose spent years working in customer service. The overnight one berated me while I was crying and threatened to call the police, after Rosa shoved money in my face as if I was a beggar. She displayed an absolute lack of class and intelligence. Rosa did not use the proper protocol for transactions and cash back preferences with customers. By far the worst experience, it completely ruined my day.
