This is definitely the worst post office I've ever been to in my life... The people that are behind the counter are the rudest and most disrespectful post office representatives I have ever met.... They definitely do not go out of their way to help you with even a pen! No matter what day or time that I have been to this particular post office, the people working there never smile and never ever are accommodating to anyone... If you can avoid this post office, do not come here. You leave feeling worse than your worst day in your life.

Spent my time driving there to pick up a package and Joshua wouldn’t even look he just said that there’s no way that he could find it and that would be impossible to locate. He didnt even take my tracking number down. He’s said I just have to wait until tomorrow. I wouldn’t have minded if he would’ve at least went back and looked. I have picked up packages before at other locations.

18:24 and locked up. Wanted to scan in a prepaid package to just get receipt and closed even though it says open till 18:30. Sad :(

The Boca Rio post office team went out of their way to retrieve my medication that was incorrectly delivered to my Florida address and forwarded it to NY. It was greatly appreciated

The line was long but my wait was very short. I got to the front of the line quickly and was greeted by Teshawna, she was delightful, helpful, made sure I had everything I needed and got my shipment done quickly and accurately. She was absolutely wonderful and is an incredible asset to your organization. I could not be happier with my experience at the post office today.

WORST SERVICE FROM MARILYNFirst time ever coming here, and I got one of the worst service ever. This lady was completely yelling at me since the start extremely rude. Her attitude is obnoxious. Her customer service is a zero. If you ask me, she shouldn’t even be working there with all the attitude and she’s with customers 24/7. Horrible if I could give this a zero star I would.

I was there around 5 pm on weekdays and waiting in the line was only 1 minute! They helped me to change an address quickly and smoothly. The personnel was very polite. I was surprised actually.
