Tatiana is disgusting, snide, and RUDE! Not only did she huff and puff in the back while me and a few customers walked in, she approached the counter with such a miserable aura. You should be ashamed to have Tatiana as a representative of the USPS, she showed absolutely no compassion for the issues I came in with nor could she care that my customer’s package is 5 days past the estimated delivery date, and seems to be missing at the present moment for some unforeseen reason. As if this isn’t aggravating enough, she showed absolutely no sign of sympathy for the fact that I was unhappy. In fact, she brushed me off when I started challenging her on the stipulations. Her demeanor is piss poor, she lacks customer service skills, and needs an attitude adjustment! It comes as no surprise that this location is rated 2.1 stars. Not a care in the world! “Next please”. Ok, here’s your next 1 star review. Do better, and send Tatiana packing if you knew what was best for your branch.

They're either completely corrupt or incompetent. 3 packages from Zappos/Amazon were taken by the postal clerk, according to the condo president. I filed a report with the police and now I'm going to try and ask for an investigation via the USPS. These people are disgraceful and shouldn't have jobs!

Jim was incredibly patient and helpful during my interaction with him. His willingness to assist me in locating my package was remarkable. With efficiency, he guided the process and quickly located the lost package. His professional and helpful attitude made all the difference, and I am extremely grateful for his assistance.

The office suppose to be open since 8:30 am but the office is still not open at 8:45 am ? and google says also 8:30 am. All the people is waiting in the parking and the personnel don’t shows up.

They’re either stealing packages or just straight up delivering them to the wrong address. I’ve been struggling with this post office for almost 10 years now. Avoid them if you can and find another carrier.

This is a small neighborhood branch, they are very pleasant and efficient. You can do anything that you need a post office for but it's intimate and friendly which makes it a nice place to take care of postal chores.
