Our tech Todd was great! Arrived on time and was very friendly and pleasant. He gave us a few different options and explained each one. The service didn't take too long and he managed to remove some old stains from our carpet. Very happy with the result and will call them in future.

This company has a terrible payment system. Receipt was never given and double payment was attempted after the first went through to my bank. Also, my couch is still soaking wet 24 hours later and still smells the same way it did when they got here. Highly dissatisfied and would not recommend this company. Unprofessional.

DO NOT USE. SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES.First time they came out December 2021 cost was $84. Second time February 2022 cost was $69. Third time May 2022 I tell them I want the same service as before they say it will be $69. Gentlemen comes out at the end of the time window and tells me it will be $240 to clean my stairs. I ask why the price hike he tells me gas prices. Are you kidding me a 3x hike because it cost him and extra $5 to drive to my home. Tells me he is an owner and thats the pricing. I tell him okay that's not in my budget. He asks me what my budget is. I end up paying $150 because I don't have the patience to get another person out and I have a showing in the coming week. Worst job they have done for me to date. He missed entire stairs when cleaning. Would not use again.Service: Carpet steam cleaning

After numerous disappointments by the various furniture cleaning companies, I decided to give this company a try. They changed my perspective about these cleaning companies. My upholstered furniture looked really clean.
