Rude staff. I always greet people with a smile and "Hello, how are you?" in an attempt to have a pleasant transaction. All three staff reacted by looking at the floor. The woman who processed my transaction did not speak throughout the transaction. Won't be back. There's a million UPS stores.

Every time I walk in here the attendants are either obviously miserable to be there, or incompetent.
And just recently I asked for a receipt to be resent to me for an expense report, which every other UPS store is able to do if you give them the time and amount at purchase, but this store nastily told me they’re not able to.
I am so sick of this awful UPS store. I’m going to a different one now that serves its customers with a smile and helpful attitude.

AVOID!! This is by far the worst UPS I have ever been to, hands down. First you walk in and you’re greeted with an unpleasant smell in the place then the workers attitudes match the smell, it’s disappointing all the way around.
This is my second time ever entering the store and it will be the last. The first time the one lady working seemed annoyed which I get because the customer in front of me was doing a lot but this time the whole staff was abysmal. I had five packages to ship, all of which I had printed shipping labels for and just needed the sleeves to put them in then finish taping up to scan. I try to be a very accommodating, easy customer. Rather than do that at the counter and hold up the line, I asked for a packing slip for the first package I was holding. I was met with a strong “no, I can’t give it to you” to which I then asked “even if I’m shipping something via UPS” and the young gentleman then switches to “oh yes but you have to give me the package.” Something that could have all been avoided by saying “are you shipping with us today?” Either way, never in my life have I walked into the store with them policing packing slips when someone obviously walks in with a box to ship! That guy marched out the store when I went to grab the rest of the packages with my car and when I walk back in, I am then “helped” (loose term) by a short, older lady who you think is doing me a favor by scanning in my boxes the way she was acting. She rolled her eyes and watched me struggle to bring all my boxes over to her.
Overall such a cold and unpleasant interaction especially compared to the UPS in Boynton of Congress and Boynton Beach Blvd that I use to frequent before I moved to this area a few months ago. Will be driving out my way like the others to go to another location.

Worst UPS I have ever been and has multiple bad experience.
First, UPS has partnered with BestBuy for free pick up, I have done it before but other stores, these guys asked me to pay for it since I don’t have locker with them.
I was shipping some papers in small envelope and she sold me one plain envelope making my total extra $8, I checked the bill later she had charged me for large padded one with bubble wrap inside.
They charge more than $2+ for single page because I sent the page over email and their self print was not working. They need to change the employees.

Shipped a package ($600 golf club) from this location. My package was never received. So after looking into it, it was determined the store created invalid tracking number so the package is now “lost”. I have emailed the store owner several times with no response. I have all the receipts and paperwork regarding the package but it doesn’t matter. I have made a claim with UPS they can’t help me because it was the stores error. I have spoken to 20 different UPS customer service and claims specialist. Everyone I speak to is sympathetic but no one can help me with a resolution. So now my golf club gift is lost, I am out the money for the package and NO ONE can help me. I have to assume THEFT at this point. Be careful sending packages from here.

I’m just here in front of the store at 12:30pm the only time people can go out from their business to ship documents and I just encountered a line of 12 people waiting at the door because the employees decided to close the store for lunch and don’t even put the time they’re coming back…

Trying to print documents. Sent documents yesterday. Went to pick up today. They can’t find order. I am showing them the confirmation from my phone. They just don’t have it. Can’t print anything. No stamps. It’s 1099 season. This store is the absolute worst. Terrible customer service. Bad management. They should close this place and let another person own the store. Just terrible.

This store is literally 1/2 mile away and I avoid it at all cost. They are rude. I prefer to drive 2.6 miles away to the next nearest store.

Always in and out of there very quickly! Great store, great customer service. Their counter reps are very friendly and helpful. Most recently worked with Jordan. He was a true professional - 5 stars all the way!

The ladies were so incredibly nice and helpful. I had a very large and very heavy Amazon return, and they took it off my hands, re-taped it back together and made the whole experience as easy and pleasant as possible! Thank you for your help!

Terrible customer service, the lady always is upset and she seems to be like she doesn’t want to work! The first time she was rushing me because I came at 6:15pm! I know she wanted to go home but I still have 15 more minutes to send my package … i couldn’t not send my package that day!!! What hard it could be send a package??? Rude person!The second time, the same lady,while she was looking at the computer, said a bad word (sheet) just because I told her that I sent an email for her to print the envelop, then she was giving me a hard time with the email I sent, telling me that I send it wrong, ( I don’t know why she told me that) … she was rude as always. Then I complain because I got a charge of $2.14 just for to print the email, so she accused me that I was telling her that she was trying to steal money!!!!!! I was asking a simple question!!!! I asked for her name, she dint provide her name! I asked if I could speak with the manager of the store but wasn’t there…. I spoke with another person, he was nicer and more polite!!!
