I dropped of an amazon return, that specifically said packaging was not needed. The rep said that packaging costed money. We argued, I mentioned google reviews, he relented, and then amazon informed me the fire tablet they received was broken. it was working when I dropped it off.

What a difference. The Glades UPS at Route 7!is a dirty mess and a loser of.the owner.
I went here after that experience and what a differences. Clean and nice and a very pleasant employee. Go here for a good outcome
