I’ve been to many UPS Stores, but this one stands out as the best by far! The staff here are incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a smooth experience. Whether I’m dropping off packages, getting documents notarized, or using their printing services, everything is done quickly and efficiently. The store is always clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies. It’s clear that the team genuinely cares about their customers and their work. I highly recommend this location for all your shipping and business needs!

Convenient, Kind, Professional and Exceptional. I’ve always gone here for packages, and just discovered their business printing is THE BEST. After trying 3 other professional printers who couldn’t get a printing project right, Patrick and his team got it perfect on the first go. Grateful!!!!

Returned a package that was NEVER sent back, was told by the store that return to sender mail cannot be tracked so in other words it’s lost. What happened to my package.?????a complete disgrace.

They are mocking people in the back and God forbid you bring there a return from Amazon. They also charge more than other locations. Shame on you!

In the 5 months we have had a mailbox here they have lost two packages. Mark is literally the worst. I have called to say a package was delivered and someone was coming to pick it up, he told me “I am here alone, I’ll do what I can”. That meant I didn’t get my package. I called today and got an excuse that their system was sending out multiple messages about package receipt after I explained I got three receipts and 2 packages. When I suggested they send clients an email he complained they would have to send 300 individual emails. I told him they could automate it. He then told the next person in line he could help them, proceeded to not listen to me and I let him know what absolute great customer service this was.When I called I asked for a manger and he told me he was one of them. Well, he was not the manager I would have wanted to speak to. And if management thinks he is perhaps I need to find a new mailbox.

Terrible experience here, the guy Mark is extremely rude and unhelpful. He gets frustrated so quick with a terrible tone. Refused to take back my package in its original form, all I needed was a little tape and he told me that I need to pay for tape. I returned another item with the same package and condition last week with another lady at that location and she took it. He kept insisting that I need to properly package it while the item was in the same exact box that I received it. I have had problem with him every single time, few times when there are others working with him they end up helping out but GOD when he is the only one, worst experience.

⚠️DO NOT GET YOUR PASSPORT PICTURE TAKEN HERE⚠️This review is based purely on the passport picture service. I got my picture taken here for my passport. When I went to the post office around the corner to send out my paperwork, 2 of the postal workers agreed that the pictures was too especially around my eyes. I had to spend another $15 to have the post office take a new picture which turned out MUCH brighter and clearer.

Everytime I have a closing and need my documents notarized and scanned over, I head over to this UPS store. They always have two notaries available (Mark & Phylis). Mark and Phylis go above and beyond by helping me print hundreds of pages, notarize, ans help me scan them back over. They are great!!

i’m writing this literally right after walking out of this location. I just went in to ship out one singular item, which was a dress, and after it was packed into a bag to be shipped, the lady at the front desk (didn’t get her name but whichever woman was working at 6pm on 2/28) made a snarky comment under her breath saying something along the lines of “after i already packed it” after i cancelled the order because the price to ship it out was nearly $20 and usps can do it for nearly half the price. super unprofessional and just wanna say that just because you packed one item into a bag doesn’t mean you can make some comment after doing your literal job because i cancelled the order.

I'm a small business owner and have been regular customer at this location for over 2 years. Mark and Phyllis have always gone above and beyond to help me and my partner by answering any questions, and making sure our packages are scanned in and sent out quickly. I'm there a few times a week (or more) and they always keep the line moving smoothly and quickly and they are so patient with everyone. My business depends on fast and efficient shipping and I am so thankful for this local UPS location because it makes that possible!! So happy to have them as part of our extended team.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a UPS store, the gentlemen at the counter with the tattoos, (I didn’t catch his name) had the worst attitude, he was terribly rude to me when I asked to give me the shipping options, the prices by the way are outrageous! Do yourself a favor and do not use this store.

Yeahhhh not the best experience. Yeah that guy Mark front desk ( beard , very short , some tattoos…. People already complained about him in previous reviews). 2 encounters with him. In person & over the phone. Doesn’t know how to talk to people. Doesn’t matter if it’s busy or whatever the case may be, there’s a right & wrong way to talk to people. He needed do better. bad experience will not be going back again unless he quits or gets fired.
