This place is awful! They have the same person working every time I come in and he is rude and has no sense of urgency to take care of customers. Especially when the line is almost out the door.

Absolute worst customer service experience. The employees could care less, argue and yell at you. Do better, UPS! Learn how to treat customers with a little bit of respect if you want to stay in business.
