This UPS store is a rip off. I used a different ups store near Mizner and it was 5 times cheaper, yes , 5 times . It’s happened twice and I will never go back there .

Literally go to any other ups, this one is the worst. Zero customer service, and one slow dude who doesn’t give f about anything

The employees here must be treated really badly because they all look upset and angry. They will not smile or say hello. It is a very small store and when you walk in you feel the negative energy.
