I've had a mailbox at this store for almost 10 year and have always had a good experience dealing with the staff. In particular, Ethan has been especially friendly and knows my box number from memory when I come in to pick up packages.

WHOEVER OWNS THIS UPS FRANCHISE RETAIL STORE--- ARE YOU ARE THAT YOU HAVE FINACIAL SCAMMERS( I.E. FRAUDULENT "LOAN" BROKERS/AGENTS) DOUNG BUSINESS OUT OF ONE OF YOUR RENTED MAIL BOXES? I HAVE FILED A REPORT WITH LOCAL AND FED LAW ENFORCEMENT AGIENCIES REGARDING THEIR ILLEGAL PRACTICES. YOU SHOULD BE AWARE SO AS TO NOT GET INVOLVED OR INTERMINGLED IN THEIR FRAUDS!

This location is great. They’re always helpful and friendly. They deal with a lot here since it’s an Amazon return center. Half the people who come in with returns don’t know how to pull it up on their phone and these employees are so kind and patient. The other nice touch is they always make sure you have a receipt for your return.

The employees here are excellent. They're friendly, knowledgable and they are very good at dealing with long lines and crowds.This location is an Amazon return center. Just looking at the boxes of returns, you can tell, the store is overwhelmed with Amazon returns.I dont use the location to ship UPS packages since my company has a UPS Account and i can print Pre-paid labels but I do drop my packages off here now that UPS got rid of the local drop boxes. Employees have no problem scanning the packages and giving you a receipt.

I am always so impressed with this location and the staff that work here! They deal with a massive influx of customers everyday and they work through it! Yes there is usually a line and maybe it's not always super clean but that is to be expected! I really appreciate the service that they provide and it is done with a smile!! Thank you!!!

Some twerpy kid who works there( I don't think he's the manager, but I asked him if he was and he said he was) told me he won't accept my Amazon return. He further stated that he doesn't care about me nor my time.. He was talking on and on with this older lady, and it was going nowhere - they were discussing something about an algorithm that UPS configures.I had to quickly drop off a package as my daughters were returning from a trip, and a bus was coming to the Fountain shopping center from Tennessee. I simply asked if he could take the return because I knew this conversation was going to keep going as the woman had no concern for holding me up and she literally turned around and said I am a beast and a monster and I need to leave. She doesn't even work there. The twerpy guy turned around and said that I don't matter and he doesn't care that I have to wait either. Perhaps he has Asperger's, I don't know but I couldn't believe the woman kept going on that I was a beast when she was the homeliest woman ever. What bothers me the most that was hypocrisy cuz I could tell she was a religious woman but obviously not demonstrating what the Torah teaches which is respecting thy neighbor.She literally turned to me and called me a beast and a monster. You know nobody knows what anyone goes through and I take care of my mother with Alzheimer's and I could only briefly leave my mom's house to pick up my kids from this trip. I certainly don't want to be late for pickup over this homely woman's conversation with twerpy kid.I don't need a bus for personal reasons, but he told me" good luck catching my bus" and he wouldn't take my return, big deal!I can go to a UPS down the street. Oh you really fixed me twerpy kid. I drive a Tesla, I don't need a bus!I have moved from Boca eight years ago because of the entitlement in Boca. People feel that they are entitled and they are worth more than you , they don't care that you have to wait in line for them to finish their convo.I bet she's still talking to the guy and trying to save a few pennies.

Good location but SUPER DIRRY !!!It shows that the owner only cares about profit.Picture was taken on Monday at 8.30 am. NO ONE CLEANS THIS STORE. FILTHY.
