Andre is a professional- I am always treated like his store's most important customer. My wife and I have used this store for many years. When there is a line, it moves quickly. Andre is friendly and customer service oriented. Only UPS store we wish to use.

Henry and Andre were incredibly informative, patient and efficient. There was a LOOONG line but it took them no more than 5 minutes, even after having to explain to customers what they had to do and helping them package up their items, to clear the line. I am happy to commend them for their great attitude and speed. Thank you

Worst place to go. Remember they have to make a cut because they are not ups they are just an ups store. Outrageous price go to the post office also it’s the dirtiest of all places the packages are all over the floor, one worker slipped and fell because of all the packages. The manager is NASTY, I asked for ups number so I can call to have my packages picked up and the managers was screaming in front of everyone that they will not pick up anything. Guess what I called and ups picked up my packages for $13. Get new management in there

The most unfriendly pathetic so called workers. Wanted to charge $239 to ship a small box to France verses $43 usps If u want to get RIPPED OFF !! Remember they are NOT UPS so they charge insane prices to get their cut ! the office is disguising, packages piled high all over the floor. Can’t believe they are in business and please somebody get rid of that manager .

Gets the job done, but they really need to do something about the slow service at this store. There is regularly a line of people waiting all the way out the door and sometimes outside to the curb. Maybe have one line for simple package returns, and another line for everything else to keep the line moving? Or just have more than one person working behind the counter.

Charges 4.00 to tape one end of a box. Charges 65.00 for two boxes because I didn’t have the original box from Amazon. Wow!! Common I would be willing to pay for the boxes at a reasonable price.

Why bother writing a review these guys obviously don't care. 2.2? Wow, good job! Got an attitude from the owners when i presented a scan code from Oakley that prints out really huge. I was worried it might not work but i took it to another UPS location and they had no issues on a different return, also Oakley. These guys couldn't scan it which was unfortunate, but the attitude they gave me like I'm an idiot and when i told them I've used these before they just shake their head in disbelief. Get over yourselves dude. I can't imagine you'll be around much longer with that attitude. Plenty of other locations.

I had a great experience with my return. Hadn’t been to this location in about a year. The atmosphere was different. The employee who was there this morning was pleasant and efficient to me and other customers. What a difference from the last time I was there.

The new hire long hair and does not wear uniform or name tag been here multiple times and never had an issues. last two times the new hire did not know what he was doing and got into an argument with other workers second time around the store was super busy and I wanted to use the computer instead of making the line. The computer was super slow so I was waiting out not where the new hire comes and Stands next to me and demands that he needs to print and I told him that I was using it he again tell me well I need to print . He then stands next to me looking at me I felt harassed and racially profiled. Like I was doing something wrong.

(JUST GO TO ANY OTHER UPS STORE) Last time I was there making an Amazon return; they told me I was supposed to package the items separately. It was a single order and both sweaters fit perfectly fine in the box they originally arrived in. But they said that they would not do the return unless I shipped separately. They also charged me for label and tape.
