Lana, operations manager, first claimed that without a receipt I would get pennies for returned items then when I said that’s okay claimed the computer would not allow the return. After pulling up the policy and insisting, she angrily processed the return slamming products and grunting. Upon leaving the store she yelled “you’re welcome” multiple times in a rude tone.
In case you need a reminder, Lana, I’ve copied your corporate return policy. So thank you, for doing your job.
If you are unable to return the product with its receipt and we are unable to verify the original purchase price of the product, your refund will be in the form of an in-store credit equal to the lowest selling price at which the product was sold by Ulta Beauty during the 90-day period preceding the return. Guests will be asked to provide a valid government issued ID (i.e. driver's license, state or military ID).

Thank you for a great shopping experience along with an amazing salon result! Upon entering your store I was greeted by Angelic and Jean. They listened to me explain issues I have with my face. Within a minute, both offered suggestions and Jean described specific products to address my concerns. I have since been using the products and they are great! Additionally I was seen in the salon by Vincent for hair color and a conditioning treatment. I am so pleased with the result. Vincent is a true professional with exceptional skills. I am so appreciative of all the attention and care bestowed upon me on my visit to Ulta. ??

I’ve been to better Ulta’s… The staff is primarily much older women, which is fine, but I wish at least one person greeted me when I walked into the door or even acknowledged me when I was visibly lost in the makeup and skincare sections, trying to look for what I needed. When I asked for help finding a certain hair product, I was shaken off to go find the hairstylist by myself, who of which was helpful, but used my wrinkled linen pants as a metaphor for having to blow dry my hair or else it would become frizzy, leaving me feeling kind of embarassed and insulted. The music was a bit too loud, and I received no other genuine help besides that one interaction. At least the cashier who checked me out was super kind and was the only person who made me feel welcome. I would definitely drive to another Ulta location or any other makeup store than go to this one.

kait was absolutely amazing!! the other day i came in and she color matched me perfectly and gave me the best recommendations for foundation and concealer. she cashed me out she had a beautiful smile on her face the whole time. she's a wonderful girl

wonderful employee named either kait/cait cashed me out at register a couple mornings ago.. it made me want to come back again! she was very sweet, helped me chose between items and they work amazing .. if i go back again i hope she’s there!!!! best experience with her!!

Just reported my incident to corporate. Took my friend here to try on makeup on her since she wanted to know what products I use so she can purchase as well. Might I say last Saturday I did my full makeup trying all kind of products and ended up spending over $100 because I loved what I tried on. I did her makeup using testers and she was taking pictures of the products and shade name so she can remember which to purchase. Employee Carly was staring and I immediately knew she was going to try something, she spoke into her mic when she walked away. General manager Jeanie shows up with an attitude asking if we needed help and if we’re opening boxes to try on makeup. You could see testers were being used and im not stupid enough to open brand new sealed makeup to try on at a store but clearly that wasn’t the problem. They had a problem with the fact that I was doing my friend’s makeup and I have every right to especially if my friend wants to know how it looks so she can purchase or not. To top it off, when I confront the manager before I leave, she tells me we should’ve told her what I was doing. I have never been told at a makeup store that we need to let them know we will be using TESTERS to try on makeup before we purchase. I have never had such a horrible experience like this. I read the other negative reviews and clearly the manager is a problem, my friend felt we were targeted, all the employees including the manager are of the same complexion. Red flags.

Master hair stylist Sherri Hobson is competent and consistently makes me feel glamorous each time she does my hair! I highly recommend her for color , cut, or style ! She also knows every product you could possibly need !

Incredibly rudeness jerks and another thing the manager was stupid she find the I am out of my hand antique summits her her guard and tell me to leave and I left and I'm going to say to them I am never coming back here ever again I hope this place gets condemned cuz this place is nothing but rude it's sickening all of this could been avoided if she let me just do my shopkick reward app on my device but she got suspicious because I would think I was taking pictures but I wasn't and that was the issue she didn't care about the reward app she want me to leave how rude I was innocent you know and I don't not recommend coming over here to this Ulta beauty store
