“Was connected to Michael from my sales rep Greg at Autobahn BMW. Michael and his crew were AMAZING. Great communication and detailed from start to finish and always responded to me even when I bugged him for updates. Made sure to tell me to thoroughly inspect the car at arrival and even notified me before the driver even called. Picked up my BMW X5 in Texas on Friday evening and I had it delivered to my home in New Jersey by Monday evening, the driver had 5 cars to deliver and did all that within 72 hours. He was very friendly and I tipped him for his efforts as well which Michael even said is not necessary but always appreciated. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
