I have always been a fan but I went in recently looking for a specific bottle of wine. They were out. The employee showed me 2 bottles that were about 10/20 dollars more per bottle but he ASSURED me they were comparable. (I asked 3 times). We checked out at around 100.00 for 2 bottles and went home. The first bottle was okay…at best. The second bottle (2 nights later) was so BAD we dumped it out. I will never trust another rep there. It’s hard to find a bottle that tastes that bad at that price point. Proof that one bad experience can taint years of patronage. This was the first time I’ve taken advice (I normally buy what I like).so unfortunate. I don’t think I’ve ever dumped a bottle of wine at first sip. Lesson learned. Don’t trust the reps. I can only assume they’re looking to sell wine that doesn’t move. Just went to Crown and found the bottle I was looking for.

Absolutely terrible experience and even worse customer service/staff do not waste your time here. I am 23 years old Florida drivers license still vertical because the license i originally got when 16 doesnt expire until 2025. To these people this does not matter absolutely unbelievable. Had to drive to the other location 10 miles away to be serviced by actual competent human beings

A staff member named Michael(older gentleman) went above and beyond to locate an item that I asked about. (Suze). He went through great lengths to locate it and then locate me in the store before I checked out. Excellent customer service!!!
