I just want to take a few minutes and share my excellent experience that I had with tire Kingdom with service advisor Dwight Williams. He's the most honest sincere service advisor that I ever came into contact with I've been dealing with him for 15 years he was at the tire Kingdom on sample road and I try to follow him wherever he goes. He always gives you an honest estimate and he will never let you fix anything that doesn't have to be fixed. He should really have a position in management because of his temperament and personality and his excellent customer service skills. Thank you again Dwight for everything and you are always putting the customer first.Mindi N

I recently visited Tire Kingdom in Sandalfoot Plaza for an oil change and tire rotation, and I was genuinely impressed by the level of service. The team was attentive from the moment I arrived, making sure I understood the process and any recommendations they had for my vehicle. They took the time to explain what was needed, so I felt fully informed about what was going on with my car.

Usually I have unpleasant experiences when I have try to get my car serviced. Dwight Williams walked me through what I was going to happen and made sure I understood every step of the process. My service was quick and simple, and I appreciate everything he was able to do for me. Five stars isn’t enough for the wonderful service he provided!!!
