unfortunately, I'm given this place a one star I had written a nice review before, but I'm taking it back because of the lack of service after you buy a bag. I have bought a bag about three weeks ago and I inspected and it looked fine? but I didn't look at the inside, I try to wear it which was only one time because I have so many bags and I just had it there. It started to rip so I took it back to them and they're telling me they can't buy back because the bag was not like that, so basically I feel like I ripped the bag. The bag was probably about to go and when somebody bought it it just ripped because of how the quality was. I don't think I'll ever come back to this place. I'm a woman of God. I would not lie that the bag had this issue and probably it was already ready to go and I don't think they believe me so I feel like this place is a rip off so be careful when you buy bags specially from this place and really inspect them.they just dont care about making customer happy sell. I mean, I wasn't expecting the full money, but at least they should've have given me some money back basically because the bag was not in the condition that it seemed.

Blocked me on their TikTok when I asked one question which was if they do things for TikTok promo and they said no which was good so I was gonna buy a bag from them but the they legit blocked me for asking ? not buying anymore never mind

I purchased a Louis Vuitton from them. I was convinced that the smell of smoke in the bag would dissipate. This was far from the truth.
Exchanged the bag for another LV. Not in a clean condition so at my expense had it professionally cleaned. After realizing I haven't used the bag more than a handful of times brought it back to the Purse Ladies to sell. After all, it is their merchandise. I walked in on a Saturday store empty. I was asked if I had an appointment, I stated no. They used a radio to communicate with someone in the back to request permission for a review of the bag, she was told I was a walk in. Mind you store completely empty on a Saturday!! Permission was granted lol. Was told to take a seat, guess this is a difficult long process. After several minutes I was called to the back by a third person to be told they were going to pass on their bag. They were selling LV for over $2000. No wonder they stay in business and could pay at least 3 employees with those high prices. What a racket. Stay away this place is full of themselves

My wife and I have been customers for many years. We consider ourselves fortunate to have found The Purse Ladies years ago. Today was the best trip there ever. We met the owner, Chris. He was very nice to talk with. Made us feel very welcomed.

What a fabulous shop - the selection and curation of purses, even jewelry, sunglasses, shoes, etc - completely lovely. My mother bought me a gorgeous fringed one of a kind Valentino bag and the price was very good! And the help were great, very fun experience and highly recommend!

Found this store on my FYP on TikTok. WOW is all I can say! I purchased 3 bags and a pair of shoes in one week! The prices are phenomenal and everything arrived in pristine condition! Their “lives” on TikTok are well organized and very informative. The ladies answer all your questions quickly and are always willing to price drop! Special shout out to Ellen who I bought the bags from and Sofia who I bought the shoes from. Customer for life now!

This is from a selling stand point , it was very mediocre, I bought a large assortment of purses to sell some of the items were not put back in their pouches they came in , sunglasses were just thrown in a another purse not in its case , and I thought they would review the value of the purses , not just take the ones they want which was (six) out of 15 and really not discuss the what would be a good next step, in defense of the girl who took them in she tried to be helpful and somewhat accommodating , I was disappointed, the shop looked nice ! But the minute your buzzed in everyone working asked “ Did you have appointment!!” I felt like saying why would I be here with purses to discuss, only to be rushed off ! Kinda not nice !? Also I was told some of the bags were too vintage? Hummm strange though that would be good ! Considering my mom was a model and traveled around the world and bought compulsive handbags, jewelry, makeup and other ladies bric and brak ! Not sure about the offers being so great! In the merchandise! Pretty low!

Such a pleasant surprise. Went to The Purse Ladies on a whim and left with two lovely purchases after browsing through their well laid out showroom. The entire staff were welcoming, answered any and all questions and made my purchase so easy. My mom loved the bag I bought for her and I will get loads of pleasure from the necklace I bought for myself. Thank you, Ladies.

First time customer and love this store and the staff! The girls are friendly and honest when describing the products. I enjoy their tiktok live videos; they engage, have good energy and take their time with each customer. I called once and received good customer service they can even take your payment over the phone. Their prices are fair! The only thing I have to say is the packaging, I wish they were better or more careful packaging the purses. I will definitely recommend them!

I have never been to their location, but I have purchased quite of few of purses and and shoes from their website. I love and adore everything I receive. Their prices are excellent!
