I am not fond of gated communities. I have no idea what the HOA in this place is like and... all that being said... this is a BEAUTIFUL development. The homes are spectacular... and they aren't all cookie cutter. They each have their own charm and added flair and style. It's a gorgeous community that would have me question my adversity to a gated community with exorbitant HOA dues. Must see for anyone looking for a lovely high end home in the area. It's a 10 for me.

I want to inform all of my followers, friends, business colleagues and neighbors that Mercedes Benz USA is the worst car company I’ve ever dealt with in over 40 years of purchasing/leasing cars. I would NEVER and I mean NEVER recommend this automobile brand to any of you. One of their dealers Pembroke Pine MB owned by AutoNation in Fl completely ripped me off on a very expensive new car . They made false accusations and I have proof. I’ve spoken with 4 of the people at MBUSA about my issues and they had all promised me they would escalate my issues to upper management and I would hear back in 2-3 days from top management. Well I guess the people at MBUSA are like car salesmen and just deliver the message to the boss and could care less. Well it’s been a month and I haven’t heard from anyone on the lemon that their Pembroke Pines dealership owned by AutoNation sold me. I work very hard for my money and I’m not going to let MBUSA steal my my by selling me a lemon. amazing service. tony, brianna and mike are the best servers there. however, they always run out of vanilla nutella popsicles. not good. brianna is such a vibe and is always relatable, tony is such sweet and kind person who brightens my day. and mike is just a normal guy who serves with slay. amazing job people!!

I've only had great experiences here. I've played pickleball here, went to peoples home and last went to a party in their clubhouse/restaurant. Lovely service- lovely employees. I do like the facility a lot and I think the people here are very nice as well. Nice homes, and nice atmosphere to boot. It is not very fancy but enough amenities that would make you happy. There are two entrances to go in (Clint Moore and 441) - sometimes the main entrance is actually faster!!
