The most friendly and helpful staff. They care about their product and it shows. And it’s the top 1% of all prime. Better selections than even the best steakhouses. Only place I’ll go.

Filet mignon mostly very tough but very costly. Sometimes, if you are lucky, you get tender, but it is hit or miss.
