This location of Sprouts is well staffed and keeps items stocked. This is a smaller store, and items are limited compared to the larger locations.

I HAVEN'T BEEN TO THIS STORE IN OVER 2 YEARS SINCE I MOVED FROM BOCA TO LIGHTHOUSE POINT. HOW DISAPPOINTING! THIS WAS A GREAT STORE YEARS AGO NOW ... IT'S THE PITS. HARDLY ANY PREPARED FOODS. THE FEW PREPARED FOOD DISHES THEY OFFERED WERE OLD AND DRIED OUT. WHEN I ASKED THE GUY BEHIND THE COUNTER WHY THE FOOD LOOKED LIKE THIS, HE REPLIED, HEY, I JUST WORK HERE. DON'T FEEL BAD, I HAVE TO LOOK AT IT TOO!ADDITIONALLY, EVERYTHING IS NOW WAY OVERPRICED. I KNOW THIS IS A HIGHER END SUPERMARKET BUT WOW, THEY REALLY SWING FOR THE FENCES! $6.00 FOR HALF A LOAF OF SLICED BREAD? $7.00 FOR ONE BREADED CHICKEN CUTLET? NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY THE STORE WAS EMPTY. GOOD LUCK FRESH MARKET. THAT'S A BIG STORE, YOUR RENT MUST BE HUGE!

Despite its promising name, Fresh Market has been a mixed bag in terms of fresh produce and meats. On several occasions, I've had to return meat due to spoilage and an unpleasant odor. Furthermore, the customer service leaves much to be desired; the staff often appear unapproachable and seem inconvenienced by customer inquiries. If you're looking for consistent quality and superior service, I would recommend visiting Publix instead.

I give them a zero if I could! Fresh Market is great but the employees need to be retrained, there is a lady with blonde braids that is completely soured by her own existence and transfers her nastiness on to the customer. This is unacceptable behavior and I hope someone from upper management reads this!

The food is good but the customer service/employees attitudes are absolute TRASH. If it wasn’t so convenient distance wise, I don’t think I’d keep coming here. 90% of the time I go in there I have an experience with an employee having a bad attitude or they just look miserable, especially this one woman who’s always at the register. I don’t think I’ve ever seen her smile or even look slightly happy. Whether it’s just giving a dirty look or giving attitude about needing to break a big bill, it’s always something. Food is fresh but some of the employees are ROTTEN. The only employees that I have good experiences with are in the bakery department.

Amazing place. Fresh Market is as good as it gets in my view. They now have even upgraded their DIY pizza - and have this brand that is imported from Italy and absolutely delicious. Everything is fresh there, as promised. The prosciutto is also imported from Italy and delicious. They make their own fresh mozzarella and it’s some of the best I have ever had. It’s always fun walking around all the departments and seeing all the great stuff that they have to offer. Can’t recommend enough stopping by and checking it out for yourself. ?

I’ve been a customer at my local Fresh Market since the first day they opened. They had day old bakery items for $1.00 and always had multiple samples all over the store. Those were the good old days. It would be nice if the store offered more samples of different foods, so patrons would get to try new foods before buying.

This is the third time I have had to return food that was rotten and/ or spoiled. I purchased lobster tails a year ago, opened them at home the same day and was met with a waft of spoiled meat. I called the store to report the issue and was met with a caviler"oh yea,we heard- if you bring it back we will refund." When I returned they were still selling the lobster. I asked the manager to remove them and he completely dismissed me. So I never bought seafood there again. ( obviously). I kept shopping there ( with an abundance of caution ) and had no further issues. Today I purchased their ribs ( on sale !). Deja -vu ! Upon returning home I realized they smelled foul and rancid. I returned them - and once again the cavalier " oh yea they smell terrible" to bad ! There is no way this large slab of meat - and all of the accompanying meat - could not have reeked when the employees pulled them from the case. I have often witnessed terrible food handling practices there - but it will be the last. I have shopped here from opening day forward - and now never will again.

I enjoy the fresh market as a grocery shopping destination. Upon entering the market, displays are colorful, organized, and always seasonal. The entrance leads into the fruits and vegetables, which are also colorful, well-stocked, fresh. Complementary coffee is also available as you begin your grocery shopping experience. Each department, including seafood, meats, breads, and pastries, and dairy are clean, stocked, and offer a variety of options. I greatly appreciate adequate number of pleasant and helpful staff available to answer questions and assist in locating items.

Went for sandwich yesterday. Deli said they had no bread. She went into the back to bring out a half opened whole wheat package. "This is the only bread we have". Ok. Ham & cheese with.. "We have no lettuce. We have no tomatoes. ps- One 'dry' over-salted ham sandwich with a 'tissue-paper' slice of cheese plus attitude up the kazoo!! PLUS moldy ceilings dripping water all over store. I rest my case.

You would think that a high-end location such as this Fresh Market would have high-end employees that are interested in serving their customers, but unfortunately, the exact opposite is true, particularly in the butcher section of this once great store. The two employees in the butcher section tonight, one with dreadlocks, and the other with very red eyes, were speaking loudly to each other in a foreign language. I was there to buy steaks, I walked right up to them & stood there waiting for them to acknowledge me.What a JOKE.They didn’t even look at me. They kept talking to each other, then, the tall one with the dreadlocks walked away, and the red eyed one turned around and walked to the back room.Wow.I was really shocked that this happened & decided to walk the rest of the store to calm down, so I did & then came back to the butcher section. Dreadlocks was no where to be seen & red eyes reluctantly acknowledged me only because there were 2 women in line in front of me, so I bought some bacon. The bacon is called ‘chili hatch bacon’, I’ve never seen it before and I asked red eyes what it tasted like. He had no idea what I was talking about. He barely spoke English. I had to repeat myself several times before he finally understood that I wanted to know what the bacon tasted like.It was like talking to a child. The best he could do with print out a sticker that had the bacon ingredients on.To sum up, It was an awful, dystopian experience.I will never ever go back to this Fresh Market for as long as I live.I am sick and tired of dealing with angry, disrespectful attitudes from deadlocked thug wannabes.I work hard for my money and I’ll spend it someplace else.
