I want to thank Zach at the Ted Todd Allstate Insurance agency, Florida, for all his help. He provided in getting me to a claims adjuster and stayed on the line as well regarding a possum incident in my car engine block. He was professional, well spoken, and extremely kind in assisting me through the entire process. I have been insured with this agency for at least over 35 years and wouldn’t change it as they are extremely knowledgeable in all areas of insurance. In March 2023 we received an estimate from Elizabeth (Lizzy) for $5700 because our provider was moving out of FL. I asked to move forward with it and she stated since the policy in place was only $4900 we should wait until May when it expires to save some money. We agreed but when I contacted her in May for days she hadn’t responded to any of my calls or emails. Then Zachary called and stated we couldn’t get this price anymore because of our electric panel and roof. I stated that was never discussed and besides we provided a 4-point inspection to get the estimate. By chance we had changed the panel out now he says we can’t get insurance do to our roof age and our only option was to convince the inspector to change the roof condition from 3-5 years and he advised he would call the inspector. Obviously that didn’t work and he didn’t have another company to insure us with. I have no idea why we got the bait and switch especially since used them for 8 years.

Large agency that can handle any type of insurance coverage unfortunately they have become to large and no longer answer the phone but instead promise to get back to you by the end of the business day.

Worst customer service from Garret a condescending and arrogant customer service rep who does not listen. During my calls with Garrett two times he wanted to make sure I know he is a Senior customer service person - who cares!

Great experience here...staff is awesome and knowledgable. I now have much better coverage for less money, honest truth. Just a real pleasure to do business with from start to finish.
