Back again and helped by teller Franco this time. He was pleasant and efficient, attending to all our banking needs. At least the staff is pleasant, as the bank makes 5% on your money, while paying you .001%!

This branch used to be great when Trinity and Gwen were working there. Now they are super slow and Nicole the manager is a misery on a power trip. Last time I was there it was nearly two hours before they said they couldn’t help me. This time I waited over an hour for a domestic wire, so long that I had to run across the street to drop my FedEx off before the cut off. They said if I left I couldn’t come back. Idiotic. Td bank products and features are awful compared to chase. Literally the only reason you’d choose them is the customer service. And if that’s gone, there’s no reason to be with td. You’re better off going somewhere (anywhere) else.

Rude manager working here today came in to get my documents notarized and she didn’t want to do it; how are you a notary if you don’t speak another language your just as pointless as a worker especially with your customer service. RUDE!

You need to get the training better for your drive up tellers, Taylor really needs to get customer service training, incredible how attitudes are infectious! The manager of this branch is such a sweet lady I really appreciate her and the other staff at this branch have all been so kind and caring. This is the best bank to use they offer great products and the fact that it’s open 7 days a week is unlike no other bank institution.

I have never experienced such bad customer service at a drive up window. I have been banking with TD bank for many years, both personally and with my Business. She was so rude didn't take care of me at all ripped up my deposit slip when I asked for it back and gave me a condescending have a nice day twice!! Seriously so disappointed in TD Bank and by the way she said my total was off for my deposit but surprise she was wrong!!

Worst CS ever! I called with a question and the girl who said she is one of the managers (?!) said I should Google it!! It is unfathomable. Go the heck back to Canada with that attitude.

This process started in early January 2020. The mortgage broker Robert Galucci assured me that it was an easy process and it would go smoothly. I was locked in on an interest rate of 3.625. He did not call me often regarding the loan process as I had to frequently call him. I also spoke to Adriana Galindo several times who was not helpful in the least bit. She did not respond to my phone calls or emails in a timely manner. The whole thing was a nightmare. Robert promised me that this loan would go through whether it be processed as a conventional loan or a portfolio loan. Robert assured me that we are close to closing and the CD would be arriving via email any day. This went on for a week straight. He told me to pay off all my credit cards which I did and he told me that would work to process the loan. All my credit cards were paid off. Then he told me that I had to bring $30,000 to the closing and I agreed I would. Then I had to proof my existing job is a permanent position and prove that my stipend was weekly. After completing all of this work and 2 months later I receive a statement of denial through email from a woman named Tracy Sloan who I never spoke to before. . I did not even a phone call from Robert or Adriana. So now my loan is denied due to debt to income ratio but I was promised all along that all my finances looked good to be approved for this loan. I am out 400$ for the appraisal and all the time wasted on getting my loan refinanced.
