“Norbert (owner) and his crew are unbelievable. They are all so polite, accommodating, & extremely caring in handling your items. They are also very fast. Originally we planned one move with them. Norbert came to the house, looked everything over and gave us a great quote. We booked him for our move. Then we found out we were going to have 2 weeks between moves from our old 2-story home to our new 1-story home, due to closing problems on our new home. We were so concerned about having our stuff moved multiple times & having to go in and out of storage. Someone recommended we use PODS to eliminate the extra moves. We asked Norbert if he could still handle the moves for us with the PODS and he said "No Problem!" Norbert & his crew arrived early on move day #1 and unloaded our entire 2-story home, including carefully wrapping all furniture & glass shelves, disassembling bed, dining room set, etc., in 3 hours into 2 large PODS. We couldn't believe it. Two weeks later - Our new driveway could only accommodate 1 POD at a time so move #2, Norbert and crew showed up bright & early and emptied 1st POD in 1 hour, carefully placing each box in room noted on box. Once 2nd POD was delivered 2 days later, Norbert & crew returned for move #3 bright and early again. This time, since there was furniture to be reassembled, it still only took them 1 1/2 hrs. to finish this move. Once we were fully moved in, we decided to move everything from our old storage unit to the new house as well. Norbert & crew once again to the rescue. This time they used their moving truck to handle move #4. Everything went so smoothly on all 4 moves, and nothing was damaged. They came highly recommended to us and now we would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone else looking to make a move. Seriously, they made a stressful situation stress-free! And, what he quotes you is what you pay. No surprise additions!”

“Wow! First time trying a deli sandwich from Publix and loved it. Anyone who likes sandwiches needs to give the Publix classic chicken tender sandwich a try. Chicken is super fresh and they cut it up right in front of you. Great options for breads, condiments, and toppings. Lady behind the counter could tell it was our first time and was very helpful.”

“Devon is amazing! My 18yr old son had some issues getting a script filled at another local publix because the prescribing Teledoc wrote it wrong and the original publix that it was sent to didn't want to take the steps to contact the dr because they were too busy and very rude. Devon in minutes transferred the RX to his store and took care of the situation ASAP so that my son could get on his meds and start feeling better. Spanish River Publix is awesome, stay away from Palmetto Park store... they have terrible customer service, are rude and don't care to take any extra steps to help a young patient.”

“I moved to Highland Beach two years ago from Miami. I'm a loyal Publix Shopper (no, it is NOT more expensive than other supermarkets, that is perception. You think it's more because the stores are clean and they carry out your groceries), the stores near my home fell a bit short of my expectations. The stores in Miami are 99% remodeled or rebuilt and much larger. Then I found the store at the Polo Club Shops! I felt at home, it's so clean, well stocked, large, fantastic employees and the greatest Pharmacy EVER! This is now MY Publix. It may seem trite to some however where you shop and spend your money is something I think is important. At closing you are not even aware its that time. No one is making annoying announcements every two minutes, for employees to bring their purchases to the front. Do other Publix Markets think their customers are stupid? We know what that awful announcement really means, stp it! We have choices of where we want to shop and its not at a store that values locking the door exactly at closing so you can go home. Mr. Jenkins would be so disappointed to hear some of the screeching things I've heard at different Publix’s. These stores should simply close earlier, because they are not open for business one hour prior to closing, they are closed! At the Polo Club Shops, you will NEVER hear these terrible announcements, no, you will hear great music. You'll see Robert in Produce smiling as he fills those &@$^ bananas, and Josh at the Deli greeting each and every customer with his kind and sincere ways, all of the other associates smiling asking if you need help rather than avoiding eye contact at all cost! The associates here make eye contact (none have passed away because they did), they are “old school” employees. A Joy to shop with.I am posting this now, but will edit it in a few”

“This is our second time being here and it’s nice especially for the variety of cultural foods but it’s pretty expensive. There’s not usually any lines and everything is really organized. It’s just more on the pricey side. I would recommend if looking for latin, kosher, brazilian, etc. type cuisine foods.”

“Great prices and nice selection of ethnic Brazilian items. Hours of operation are better compared to other Brazilian stores and in a good location. The only complaint is that the parking lot is very narrow and spaces could be hard to find during certain peak times.”
