I like Supercuts as it’s just around the corner from where I live and I also like Diane very much I do hope she stays as most of them come and go. I have short hair which she cuts very nicely as I say I do like her.

Be warned, you won't come out the same. People will crash their cars being distracted by your beauty. You won't be able to keep the ladies off you. Their services are not something everyone can handle

It says estimated time is 7min, I’ve been waiting for more than an hour. Only one employee is working while this other one has been on the phone the whole time in the back with 5+ people waiting. Not professional at all.
And people that arrived later than you make appointment online so they go before you. That doesn’t make sense.

Do not trust the solicited fake 5-star reviews. Tammy is not a real hairstylist. My visit to this salon was regrettable. The stylist greeted me with an unwelcome attitude. Despite my explicit request for a scissors-only haircut, she insisted on using clippers and brushed off my preferences and I quote, “I will use whatever I want to cut your hair” I was kept turned away from the mirror during the haircut, which seemed intentional to hide the uneven work being done as I was told, “wow, you’re so paranoid about bad haircut” The end result was disappointing: uneven sideburns, a crooked backline, and an asymmetrical cut with one side sparser than the other. To make matters worse, the stylist argued with me and her manager in an attempt to defend the poor quality of her work, leaving the manager visibly embarrassed and me with an unpleasant experience. I advise caution when considering this salon for your hair needs.
