As I walked in, I was greeted by a gentleman who asked me if you don’t have an appointment we don’t have time for you and waiting his hand for me to get out. I told him I’d already checked in then I was greeted by a woman who did a very good job cutting my hair was extremely pleasant. I was really disappointed, knowing that this individual did not want me to show up because he said they were too busy for only two people to be in the building. Very very very poor Customer Service
