Gwendolyn was great. Very personable and knowledgeable. The salon was clean and very well kept.
Requested style: She cut 3 inches off. Guess what I told her to do and made sure when I came home and blew dry it. Everything fell in place and it did perfectly.

I presented a ten dollar reward coupon sent to me from the loyalty program. The manager said that I couldn't use it because Tuesday is a discount day. I told her that I wanted to use the coupon and deduct it from the regular price.
She didn't even look at the coupon which was issued specifically for that location.
I will not be going back anytime soon.

SARA AT SUPERCUTS YAMATO VILLAGE CENTER OFFERS THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD. SHE WAS UNCARING, UNAPOLOGETIC, AND QUITE FRANKLY SEEMED OVERWHELMED WITH HER RESPONSIBILITIES. GOT THERE WHEN SHE OPENED UP, SHE ASKED IF I'D MIND COMING BACK IN 20 MINUTES--I CAME BACK THE SECOND TIME, SAT DOWN...SHE DIDN'T EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE MY RETURN AND KEPT HER BACK TURNED TO ME. AFTER A SHORT TIME WAITING, I LEFT AND CAME BACK FOR THE THIRD TIME A HALF HOUR LATER. THEN WITH A SMIRK ON HER FACE, SHE SAID "I CAN'T TAKE YOU NOW, YOU'LL HAVE TO COME BACK." SHE ACTUALLY SEEMED TO ENJOY GIVING ME THE RUNAROUND.......WITH HUNDREDS OF HAIR SALONS IN TOWN, WHY WOULD ANYBODY GO TO THIS MISMANAGED PLACE??? DON'T WALK, RUN--RUN FAR, FAR AWAY FROM SUPER NO HAIRCUTS!!!

Going to another hair salon tomorrow to try and correct the bad haircut I got today at Supercuts. I went straight from Supercuts to this other salon to get the appointment. The greeter (maybe the owner) and the hairdresser that will do her best to make my hair look better tomorrow had sympathized with me. I am not one to argue about paying for a bad haircut, so I had paid it, even gave a tip. Why? I have no idea other than maybe she tried her best ? It’s soooo good that hair grows back and this disappointment will be eventually be forgotten.
