Convenient location but if you are shipping usps here, the package will most certainly be lost or not start tracking for WEEKS. Every single labeled usps item I have dropped here, aside from one has been LOST (upwards of 5 packages) , the one that ended up being delivered, made it to the recipient nearly 4 weeks after mailing, and NEVER was scanned or updated on the tracking. It still showed as usps awaiting item. When I contacted the store they assured me it’s not them but the usps hub here that’s so big and such a mess, so I’m not sure it’s the stores “fault” however I’ve never had this issue mailing out of any usps location ever.

So I called numerous times over the course of two weeks about finding out the cost of opening a PO Box. A few different people answered, and they all answered after I said hello oh I can’t hear you. So apparently they don’t want to help customers over the phone. My phone works fine and I called from other phones and every time they said the same thing when they greeted me over the phone… I can’t hear you. So finally, I called again today and a lady answered and said the same thing I can’t hear you so I said you said that last time I called I’ve been keep calling and she listened and started talking to me and she said the same thing I can’t hear you so she could get off of the phone. Apparently, this is their way to get out of helping customers over the phone. They should really not have a phone or just keep the ringer offSTAY AWAY from doing business at this place, what horrible service! There many other places to get a PO Box is at or that does pack and ship.

This is my go-to post office. Love that they accept FedEx, UPS and USPS so we can mail everything at once. Also, I have never seen a line which is a huge plus.
