This bank hates its customers and is out to take all of their money even as they struggle through financial hardships with COVID-19. Over the past 90 days I've diligently had to check my account every morning to see the balance. If a random charge at my account overnight and overdrew it by $.60 they tack on $36. $36 is what you owe these assholes if you go over by even $0.20. F*** everybody who works at this branch and everybody who works in the customer service department. They all treat customers like s****

The Suntrust on turnpike and Glades road is the bank I usually go to if I need to use the atm. As I take the turnpike and exit at glades this location is right on the way to work. The only issue with this location is that they don't have a drive through atm hence if it is raining which in Florida is often this is not the best location to use. I have been lucky on most occasions and been able to use the atm without getting soaked. You can also make deposits and withdrawals using the drive thru window. Unfortunately you can't open an account driving thru. For that you have to go inside. Service is awesome. They always have two walk up teller windows and I have never had to wait. Customer service is great. Employees are always cheerful and I am usually in and out in a few minutes.

They have an outstanding team... Great Service, Professional, and they really understood me and my financial needs. They got a new manager a few months ago and he has brought in a new team that really cares. Great bank for full service for my personal and business accounts.

This branch treated me as if I were a thief. I tried to withdraw about 4000 dollars from my own account and they just simply looked at me and my account as if we didn't belong together. All I had to do was resign my signature card and they wouldn't even suggest that to me. They just kept saying they didn't feel comfortable making the transaction. I'm a African American female and I work extremely hard and make good money. They are extremely racist including the branch manager. Awful service!!!!
