The customer service at this location is appalling. I always order Starbucks on the app and select the drive thru option for pick up. They usually have an attitude about it but never like today. I pulled up to the window and said "hi, I have a mobile order" she said "ugh let me check on that... okay so we literally just got that. Next time you need to place it more in advance". Excuse me?! Where does it say that anywhere in the app? I explained to her that if I had told her my order now, she also would've literally just gotten it. So it's the same timing either way. I don't understand what the problem is and why she was so rude about it. Mobile order isn't just convenient. It's an accommodation for neurodivergent people, amongst other disabilities. No one should be treated rudely for using it, but as I use it as an accommodation to make ordering more possible for myself being neurodivergent, it is extremely hurtful and borderline discriminatory to be treated rudely for mobile ordering. Shame on you Starbucks!

So I literally never have problem here but today.... I placed an order through the Starbucks app and I go to pick it up and i got a COLD banana loaf STILL IN THE PLASTIC PACKAGE with the two stickers of our other food items attached to it with a nice hand written note that says "we don't have it" We had to walk in multiple times because the drinks that were supposed to have shots of expresso were straight milk. By the time we were able to talk to anyone because they would just stare at me like I have Down syndrome and walk away we finally were only able to get GRANDE DRINKS instead of the Ventis I PAID for. Thank you to the sweet guy at the register who actually got me my food tho love you

This Starbucks is ducked off on the side of blaze pizzas. The line goes super fast and they are so kind.

its just like any old starbucks except they never have any good ingredients in stock. they need to be checking their inventory more often as they dont ever have peppermint (especially during its peak season) or other basic ingredients. i understand if theyre out of certain pastries or food items but come on, you are literally known for your coffee, *have the items everyone wants!* as for customer service, i have never been unimpressed. the employees are super friendly and there is a very inclusive environment. a very sweet person by the name of "mj" was super nice to me in the drive thru! they chatted with me the whole time i was waiting for my drink and made the experience worth it. overall, good location, good staff, just needs better inventory

The service is fine. Employees are kind and friendly. But they have inconsistent hours. Tonight closed at 7:00. Just frustrating.

Love this Starbucks! Every barista is kind. Alyssa is the sweetest barista in the store. Such a doll! Love the atmosphere too. Would recommend moblie ordering.

The BEST Starbucks location! They get so busy, but the line is always moving, you never wait long. Every employee I've interacted with has been friendly, cheerful, and just so darn pleasant. It's a pleasure to visit!

This is my favorite Starbucks location but the last time I went barista Kayla was very rude . When I went through the drive thru I had forgotten to order a drink so when so when I got to the window I asked to add it on. Kayla was extremely rude and passive aggressive the whole transaction . If it was during a busy rush I would have just gotten back in line or not even asked at all but since I was the only person in line I thought I would ask. If it was that much of an inconvenience she should have just politely said no.

Placed my mobile order for my usual and it was ready in less than 5 minutes. Everything was yummy as per usual, and the employees were friendly. And there's a drive thru here. All this on a Tuesday morning. Score!

I come to Starbucks every weekend with a bunch of gym friends. We always joke around with the staff. Today a nice lady by the name of Melissa took our order. She was wearing a mask but I could tell she was smiling entire time. She provided great customer service and was a pleasure to deal with.

Starbucks drive thru is always excellent, fast, efficient and convenient here. Staff is friendly, professional and courteous. Got a caramel Frappuccino today, so refreshing and yummy!

The patio area is so full of flies it makes me wonder what the rest of the place looks like. It's been like this for months now. It's like a horror movie on the patio and nobody's doing anything about it. The massive fly infestation on the patio is truly disgusting.

So, this used to be my favorite Starbucks. But now, They have gotten tons of new staff that are not nice. More times than not, I have to return or go to another Starbucks because my drink is wrong!!! When I do return, the barista gets "bitchy" because I'm claiming the drink is wrong. I get it... you are busy..... people are mean now a days. But I try to be nice. Get the drink right the first time and this wouldn't happen!
