Went into Star last minute on Thanksgiving. Very nice cashiers who were very knowledgeable about their spirits. Fair prices and a very large selection of Whiskey and Bourbo.

Picked up a six pack of six pack of Copperhead Lager for $10.99 and a 750 of Tito's Vodka for $19.99. Mike at the register, could have also been the owner, was quick to ring me up and was out the door. The beer had a born on date of only one month prior so it was relatively fresh. Not sure if all of the beer there is that fresh but good to see this one was not sitting around for a while. Would go back again when in the area.

The second time in one month I bought a large bottle of tequila casa azul 165 $ the price and the bottle is half empty. How is this possible? I do mot know if is the shop fault or the company themselves or the transport company but when I took this complaint to the shop there was no help from the shop owner. I can not believe this . He actually ask me to leave the shop . No help at all . And he said that before opening the bottle I should know that it feels empty. I mean realty? The bottle is heave just empty. This was gaven to me by a friend. I did not feel it when she gave it to me. But two weeks later we decided to open it and that is when we realize again for the second time in one month the same shop we got scammed again. Please do not buy anything from this shop. It can not be trusted.

Best experience I've had at a liquor store! The prices are best in town and customer service is always excellent. They carry all types of liquor and will specially order as well.
