I had a complicated order with multiple devices and transferring from an international number and the team took excellent care of me. Most specifically, Abdul was an absolute gem- kind, patient, knowledgeable and efficient. I could not be more pleased and I highly recommend.

Second time I've been to this store, and each time it's been very unimpressive. I was waited on by the same lady as last time.She doesn't seem interested in making a sale. When would think that she's not even working on commission. Each time I call T-Mobile self, they had much better deals.The reps seem poorly trained, and they couldn't sell food to someone who hasn't eaten in a week.

Great and immediate service today from Steven. Answered all of my questions and helped beyond the scope of the sale of the phone. Fast and easy. This store was also one of the only ones locally that I found with the new iPhone. I will return.

I have been to several tmobile locations in over 4 years. This location deserves 5 Stars!!!It starts with the Manager Angel. After being dismissed at the Boca mall in Town-center and being told they cant help me I have to call customer service. Then, being on 1&1/2 chat texting with customer service. I called another location. I ask to speak to a manager. Then I was transferred to Angel and vented my fustration.He gave me solutions and help me understand the process. I hung up the phone with customer service and walked in the store with a better attitude than I had with Angel over the phone. Not once did he match my energy or get short with me. He listened and assured me he will take care of me.I said I would only deal with him moving forward. Especially since I would have to make a second and thrid trip to the store swaping a my phone for a temp phone and then picking up my phone once my screen protector was replaced for the second time this year.Today I was greeted by Jasmine and William.William was doing a great job with an older customer who was technology challenged. She was purchasing a new phone and transferring data. However she was disappointed when she had to cancel the entire transaction. She left apologizing to William for not being prepared and wasting so much time.Jasmine's tone and smile was so welcoming. She ask me to have a seat before, I told her why I came in. I asked for Angel and she said he was off. I attempted to walk out. Jasmine asked if she can try and help and if she couldn't she would leave a message for Angel.I was so impress and felt so comfortable, I'm writing this long review. This team deserve every form of positive feedback.Jasmine truly gain my respect and my trust in her abilty to do her job . I was in the store over 1 hr transferring data from my phone to the temp. And I was not frustrated or dismissed, not oncedWhile William patiently and calmling continued to work with his customer. Jasmine greeted and assisted 4 other guest that walked in. While multitasking helping me and William and another customer with the same issues as me. There was a mom and her daughter who walked in. William was free so he quickly took care of them. No one complained, was frustrated or dissatisfied.William you are truly a sweetheart and I can tell you enjoy what you do.Jasmine your're a great asset to your team and T-mobile. I look forward to seeing you grow, and promoted into management. I believe you will be a great leader.And Angel, I sincerely apologize for my tone over the phone. I'm sorry.Your team executed customer service and support with excellence. Just as if you were present. I have ? confidence in Your team just as I have in you.I will continue to send referrals to you guys.Thank you for all that you do.

This is my go to store! All the employees are very helpful and nice. I always see familiar faces which means they also enjoy working here. I was helped today by Angel, sandy very thing was quick and easy. They definitely know why they are doing!And I love the new remodel! The office looks super cute

I've been to this store twice in the last week and it's been a positive experience! The employees are very helpful, patient, reasonable, and friendly. I got help from Carlos, Jasmin (sp?), and Angel. They made the experience easy and simple. I usually hate going to phone stores due to previous horror stories, but I don't feel that way going to this store.Also, they did a redesign of the store a month or so ago and it looks cool and cozy inside now!

Terrible customer experience by Daniel he was EXTREMELY RUDE. My phone was on SOS and he was unable to help bc I was not an authorized user even with the account holder on the phone authorizing my visit which was called on their store phone using the number on file. When I asked him for further assistance since I wasn’t able to place any calls on my phone he became frustrated and walked away ignoring my request for the contact information for their store and district manager and making the situation WAY harder than it needed to be. You do not need to be an authorized user to receive help troubleshooting your phone as this is not a change to the phone plan, it’s tech support. A simple call to customer service which he refused to make asking them for advise on how to troubleshoot my iPhone directly for the SOS issue would have gone a long way when it came to displaying good customer service. Was able to borrow a neighbors phone in my building to place a customer service call some how they were able to help me even though I wasn’t an authorized user. Turns out you could reset the network right from the device without making any changes on the account so I didn’t need to be an authorized user.

Don’t go to this location and even better don’t get T-mobile!!!! I bought a line and a phone at this location and return everything within 13 days because the returning policy says that you have 14 days to cancel any services. They charge me the restocking fee, all good so far but after that they been charging me every single moth for the line and phone!!!! And the only way to stop them charging me is to go to the store and do a 3 line call with customer service for 2 hours because I don’t have the 3 pin number!!!!! Be aware please, don’t waste your time and money here

I'm writing for my 81 year old Mom, she went in for help with her phone Friday, A Male employee, tall Dark man, she didn't get his name.She has been trying for weeks on the phone but they told her she needed to come into the store. He was terribly RUDE to her and blew her off, told her there not there to help her navigate her phone.She only had a few questions. She doesn't drive, so it was a big deal for her to get there.T- Mobile, you should be ashamed of yourself. Teach that employee that Elder Abuse is a CRIME!
