Worst experience I ever had anywhere I went to recharge my plan the guy behaved so rude and didn’t let me to see what other plans were there and sent to other employee. I really wanna change my service it’s just been three months I moved to T mobile.

I went into the store a few days ago since my phone was glitching out. It was a bit busy but there was one associate that wasn’t helping a guest at the time. I approached her to ask for some help and she brushed me off. As someone who works in customer service… a simple “give me a moment” would have been nice. It turns out it was the manager of the store, her name was Odalis. The person that helped me was extremely helpful but her attitude towards a customer was unacceptable for someone who is a manager.

Terrible service. I was deceived by an online sales representative (Darren) on 10/22. He offered an Essentials plan, plus up to 800 USD to pay off for each one (of two) devices I have currently in Verizon, with a monthly fee (after discounts) of 105 USD. When I was trying to activate the phone lines, they told me that the payment was 150 if wanted the 800 to pay Verizon for the devices. I didn’t accept it, therefore I declined the service.Now, they are charging me 11.91 for NOTHING.A terrible service and lying sellers.

Horrible store and customer service. I purchased a cable for a cell phone and wanted to exchange it and they told me their return policy was two weeks. I said I purchased this CABLE from you a month ago and it is DEFECTIVE and you won't return it. They said No policy is two weeks. I should have bought the cable at Walmart with a 90-day guarantee. T-Mobile sucks. They are and will never be like SPRINT who took care of their customers.

Today I came into T-Mobile to buy new telephone. It was so difficult for me to set it up. I request for an agent named Eudd and she was amazing. She spent so much time with me. Explained to me everything. I could never forget her. She is amazing person and very professional.

This is by far the best TMobile store we have been too! We were having multiple network issues and decided to try a different store since our localStore was not helping the issues. We were promptly greeted by Juan who is so very friendly and helpful! We explained our issues and he was very invested in helping us! Kandyce was our client services rep and she worked with us to get the problems resolved and beyond. She was very helpful, so smart, friendly, and professional!! Thank you to this store and the great associates that helped us!

Had an issue with my granddaughter phone, met with aan associate and he carried the ball, made me feel comfortable spending what I said I wouldn't, but the end game she got what she needed and I have a go to T mobile store even though it is out of my way. Thanks T mobile great job
