We had to change rooms due to small ants on the sink and countertop. I had very itchy legs after two nights in bed and suspect bedbugs. The breakfast eggs were lukewarm and the coffee was bitter tasting. We will not be staying there again.

The front desk staff needs an overhaul unprofessional dress like they’re going to work in the garden and unpleasant Marriott. Please train your staff accordingly if they want people to keep coming back so rude and condescending the rooms are old. The showerhead does not work properly the hot water you have to turn it on and leave it running for 15 minutes to get hot water. There’s nothing good about this place. Spend a little bit more money and go somewhere nicer. Try a Hilton Marriott is losing its touchbut don’t take my word for it. Just stay here and you’ll see thank you.

Review: The Worst Hotel Experience of My Life
I wish I could give this hotel zero stars. From the moment I booked this stay seven months ago for my wedding night, it was an absolute disaster.
When I called in May to ask for a late check-out, I was assured it would be no problem and that everything would be taken care of. But when I arrived the day before my wedding to confirm, I was told there was no late check-out arranged. They outright lied to me.
It gets worse. I specifically informed them I would be arriving late because it was my wedding night. Again, I was told this was fine. Yet, when my spouse and I arrived—me still in my wedding dress, on what was supposed to be the happiest day of our lives—we were met with the rudest treatment I’ve ever experienced in any hotel.
We had left our IDs at the wedding venue, something we explained multiple times and offered to have brought over within seven minutes. Instead of being understanding, the staff (especially one extremely rude woman) treated us like criminals and tried to kick us out of the hotel we had booked months in advance for this once-in-a-lifetime occasion.
This hotel completely ruined what should have been a magical end to our special day. Their behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and downright appalling. I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially for a meaningful or important event. Save yourself the stress and heartbreak—stay somewhere else.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! I stayed here for a work trip and upon returning to my room after getting off my room was gone through. The drawers were open, my clothes were tossed around and they stole jewelry from me. This was done during the day while I was out and Staff claimed that their cameras were broken when I seen they worked while I was checking in! This is clearly an inside job DO NOT STAY HERE! If you ask me the ENTIRE staff is in on it! Boca Raton police did absolutely nothing about it! Not only was my room broken into, Dozens of my colleagues rooms were broken into as well as other hotel guests.

The lobby was fine but the hallway to the guest rooms reeked of mildew. The room itself seemed alright at first glance but turned out to be filthy. There was mold around the sink, in the air filters & on the ceiling of the shower. The bed was horribly uncomfortable & the pillows were very old and flat. Asked for late check out & the staff member said that since I was not a Marriott rewards member, they could not accommodate my request. Also, the breakfast was gross. Two thumbs down. Will not be returning.

Stopped in for just one night for a quick trip to Boca and was impressed all around. The room was very spacious and well maintained and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was a little underwhelming but was standard as far as continental breakfast lineups go. Check-in was very friendly and they did me a major benefit by allowing me to check in nearly 2 1/2 hours early at no cost. Plenty of parking and free wifi. The Yamato area where this hotel is located has lots of food options nearby and if you don't mind walking 10 minutes you will be there. For the price of the nearby hotels, this one takes my pick for where to stay.

Julie needs to be fired immediately! I’m a girl and was traveling alone. I booked and fully paid in advance for 2 nights after driving hours to finally get there in the middle of the night to my dismay I realized I forgot my credit card at home. I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels all over the world and never have an experienced such horrible customer service as I did upon attempting to check in. The woman at the front desk had zero empathy and showed zero kindness and was not even trying to be helpful in finding a solution. I was desperately trying to find a solution offering anything I could think of I asked if they won’t let me in the room I already have paid for can I get refunded? She refused to help me with that which I later learned she absolutely could have because only the hotel can approve the refund. I also knew my card info by heart I asked if she could input it manually. I offered to change the reservation under my friends name if I could get them to come with their credit card she ignored that request I asked if someone else can book a room for me if I can get someone to come since it was late at night but I was willing to try anything because I had no where else to go. She offered zero help or suggestions of anything I could do to accommodate to situation. All she told me was that I can go sleep on the streets! She told a girl alone to go sleep on the streets. That’s how she treated a guest that had paid room there. And when I asked to speak to a supervisor she again refused and wouldnt even give me the mangers name. She seemed only competent enough to sell snacks to guests but anything else seemed to be too complicated for her to handle. In fact after arriving and speaking to her she at first wouldn’t even address the situation at all until she asked me to let a bunch of people cut me in line and make me wait for her to help all of them with their snacks making me wait just for her to not even help me at all and tell me to go sleep in the street if I want to. Of course she knows no one wants to sleep on the street especially when they have a room they paid for. At least have the decency to tell the person the best way to go about getting a refund not just tell them go sleep on the streets. This woman never even once said sorry I can’t help you. She does not belong anywhere near a reception desk.

I stayed 3 nights and had a wonderful experience! You couldn’t ask for a better location, it is close to everything.
The front desk staff was very friendly, and accommodating and the breakfast team greeted guests every morning with smiles and plenty of food. The bed was comfortable, room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The pool area was pristine and breakfast by the pool was a great way to start the day.

My wife and I enjoyed our staycation at this location. The staff is very professional , friendly, welcoming and go above and beyond to make you feel at home. I would like to recognize "Florence" for her exceptional skills in making sure everything is okay with your stay and accommodations. She represents the Marriott brand very well and does an excellent job. Zhanna and Kevin for having a great sense of humor while being thorough and professional at their duties. We enjoyed their Hospitality. We will definitely be back for a staycation to enjoy the premises and relax by the pool. Keep up the great work Marriott

Lobby and reception area is nicely updated but the rooms, at least on the first floor, are not. Very outdated, pretty clean but the rooms just felt musty. This hotel is situated right next to another property whose guests come to this hotel for breakfast, so get there early because the lines are long and you won’t get much to eat if you wait. Otherwise, nice enough hotel, especially for the cost in this area.

I would absolutely steer clear of this hotel. When we arrived, there were all sorts of issues with people and rooms. They had the wrong number of rooms for our reservation. I received my room, endured the longest wait for an elevator possible, entered my room and took some lovely pictures of ants all over the windowsill. I discovered more alive and moving about. I went downstairs and showed the front desk clerk. He actually asked, “so do you want to get another room?” It was hard to bite back the response of, “no, I love sleeping with ants.” So o get my new room, and it’s an icebox with no help from the thermostat. It seemed stuck on one temperature-freezing.
Then I looked about and found an old, dirty room. Hair still in the sink, dirt on floor, mysterious stains on curtains…the list goes on and on. Another favorite phrase they used was, “we don’t know how we missed this” (referring to ants).
I cannot say the front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful. Just “there” would be a good description. In regard to me explaining all this, they seemed really nonchalant. I promised I’d review the hotel for them. And I did say it wouldn’t be a good review.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. It’s dirty, I felt dirty, and it needs a ton of updating.
I will say the breakfast was decent. That was about it!

I loved this hotel. Large room with a mini kitchen. Comfortable beds, breakfast with many varieties.
