I had a very good experience in opening a competitive 12 month cd. They don't have some of the requirements that BrightStar credit Union has for opening up an account and getting their competitive CD rate which was actually a little more competitive than bright star anyway which is why I chose them instead of bright star. You probably won't find a better CD rate at a brick and mortar shop locally. Even online it's tough to beat their rate and if you do it's only by like a point one which isn't worth it to me to deal with online institutions the large amounts of money..they have branches throughout Broward and Palm Beach alsoWord of warning though.. don't go to mission Bay branch after 8:30 because you'll never find parking in mission bay after 9am. With LA fitness and all the other stores you will not find disabled parking either. It's a zoo. I got there at 8:30 and waited for them to open and had to come back later on in the afternoon and got very lucky that there was one parking spot open close byHopefully I'll get good service from them and I won't have to edit this review! Lol

This is the rudest institution I have ever walked into - my plan was to open a business account. They sat me in a room on a speaker with no one in room. The speaker phone sounded as if a young kid was on the other end and was being very impolite. I do not recommend. I got up and walked out. I was a member of this credit union for 18 years in the Miramar location and never experienced any treatment like this. This is the Boca branch and the ratings speak for themselves. Awful!

Space coast credit union is the easiest lending firmI have ever dealt with.Their Employee Sabastian was an absolutely delight to do business with. Sabastian helped me on several occasions to sort out a complicated issue.He is a definite asset to your company. if you have a program to reward outstanding customer service he has definitely earned that reward. Credit Unions take pride in providing more personalized solutions and caring for its members (community) more than commercial name banks; however, Space Coast takes no measures to serve customers as intended. This Boca branch is always short staffed, agents are robotic and can not help at the branch. Their solution: call member services to the 800 #I would not recommend this bank anymore

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH TAKING A LEASE BUY OUT LOAN!! DO NOT USE SPACE COAST. They lied to us about fees, they use bait and switch tactics, lied about when the loan would be processed. I cannot begin to explain to amount of NUMEROUS ISSUES we experienced throughout what should have been an easy process!!!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!

Kaylann has to be the most pleasant person to with the company I will rather go this branch verse the one close to my house I’m able to get in and out without a long wait time in line if I was rating Sunrise/Lauderhill or even the one Federal Highway it would be 2.5 stars please get a good look out how SCCU in Boca operates

I was trying to have a good rapport with the teller, and I ask him for his age because I am xx years old his reply was very rude. The bank has all my info. So I have no privacy because this teller had access to my info. It make me feel very disrespected that a simple question would trigger the teller to become so defensive. I just opened an account yesterday, and I thought it was going to be different being that is a credit union not a traditional bank. But unfortunately this credit union specific to this address is garbage

***AVOID AVOID AVOID Horrible place to have a loan and the website is unusable. They limit your ability to pay your loan off in order to gouge their customer with extra interest payments ..be careful this credit union is in bed with car dealers and they get kickbacks for driving business to this criminal lender practice and facility. AVOID ***

The Boca raton branch is ALWAYS TEMPORARILY CLOSED! What’s the point of this bank?? It’s bad enough you have limited branches but they can’t even stay open. Terrible service avoid this branch
