One person working so if 2 people arrive you get to wait to really understand the product. Once we got a salesperson it was still a helter skelter sales pitch. Product is expensive for what you get. Went with Stearns and Foster Hybrid. Very happy.

Poor customer service. I visited the store a week ago and purchased an orthopedic pillow. The sales person said it would be shipped to my home and I should have it in 3 days. He also mentioned that if they received a shipment on Monday, he'd call me. This is the 8th day. I didn't receive the pillow or a call. When I called they said they shipped the pillow to the store and not to my home. They could ship it to my home now but it will take another 7-10 days. No, thank you.

Horrible bed ever for long term. WORST decision and purchase I have ever made. I Bought 2 beds in 2021. One for me and one for my mom. They don't tell you that the full warranty only last the first year. After that, you pay $149 every time the bed has an issue and they send someone out to first diagnose the issue, then you pay another $149 for them to come back out with the parts to fix it. I'd have to pay a certain % for the parts too. All in all, with the bed having so many issues, you'd be paying more for maintenance and fixing it, than the cost of the bed itself. Which it took a year and a half to start popping up with issues for both me and my mom's bed. Deflates by the time you wake up in the morning. I need to add air in it in the middle of the night. I reset it to the number i want, loses air all over again in about 1-2 hours. I wake up to my spine feeling the wooden board that supports the mattress underneath. Every. Single. Morning. Ridiculous. This bed isnt cheap. STEER CLEAR FROM SLEEP NUMBER. THEIR PILLIWS AND SHEETS ARE NO GOOD EITHER.

I had an excellent and informative experience at Sleep Number in Boca Raton. Madison was the person I worked with. She was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and understanding. Looking forward to enjoying the mattress and adjustable base.

The sales process with Jonathan was excellent. He was very informative and patient while we were deciding on which bed we wanted to purchase. Unfortunately the bed can’t be delivered for three and a half months. Guess I’ll have to wait for the best sleep of my life.

Jolie was the professional who assisted me at the Boca Raton location. I was extremely pleased with her service. Jolie was a consummate professional, friendly and engaging. She provided a wealth of good information about your product and product options. She patiently addressed all of my questions and concerns. There were no pressure tactics used to push for a sale and she seemed to care about a bed, price and appropriate discounts related to my service as a Registered Nurse in order for my purchase (though still expensive), more palatable. Jolie stayed beyond her closing hours in order to process my order and never made this an issue. Though I had secured financing over the phone days ago with a sales person on the phone, I was much more comfortable and extremely satisfied with my purchase after making an in store visit and with Jolie.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!NIGHTMARE!!!The delivery with 2 delivery men, one speaking broken English and the other one, no English, didn’t wipe their feet, there was NO WHITE GLOVE SERVICE as promised. The non English speaking man reeked of alcohol and was dripping drunken sweat all over!! DISGUSTING!! Both refused to wash their filthy hands, unwrapped the new bed in the dirty truck, got dirty hand prints all over the upholstered bed and mattress!I called the company while the delivery was taking place to let them know what was happening, they offered $150.00 to get my new bed cleaned! Really? A new purchase shouldn’t have to be cleaned! They put it together uneven, the mattress was so uncomfortable I pulled my back. Once again I called customer service,THEY DON’T CARE!they got my money too bad!Spoke with Bret (2hours) who was condescending, rude, spoke over me and told me to “get comfy”! He was the worst!! then Donald who was equally rude. Called the corporate office 5 TIMES, stillNO ANSWER, NO RETURN CALL!!! Their bases are final sale and so is the headboard. What good are they if they take the mattress back? This company should be shut down for CONSUMER FRAUD!Take your money and donate it to a good cause, this isn’t it!!

I bought my mattress 3 years ago and it was one of the worst decisions. A couple of months after I got it, one side of the bed deflated in the middle of the night. After 2 months, the frame broke. I tried returning it after that and was told I passed my warranty and they can’t do anything about it. It’s basically an expensive air mattress. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone
