New to the area. Needed a quick seem repair on two dresses. Paid $30 for him to hold them for three months, when they were finally ready for pick up he didn’t even complete the seem repair. He tried to charge me more money for the work he did not do in the first place. DO NOT GO THERE save yourself the time and money.

Terrible shoe repair place ruined my husband‘s Ferragamo shoes. He brought the shoes in just to get the heel replaced. They put some kind of polish on them and now the shoes leather are cracking and Ferragamo cannot repair them.

Barbara and Lee are THE best !!!! I needed a dress altered last minute for a NYE Party, they did it for me no problem and were so creative in the alteration I needed !! I so highly recommend them !!!

VERY, Very Rude !!!! This guy charged me $25 to fix the zipper on my bag. The zipper broke and he blamed me for it???Now he admits he did not repair the zipper but the zipper slide?VERY, VERY RUDE

Came in yesterday with a shoe that they repaired two weeks ago. The repair was not done correctly. I was told to bad no guarantee. Refused to make good on the repair , refused to refund the cost of the poorly done repair. Worst place to do business with. New owners, terrible people, will be out of business within the year. They should not be in business, nasty, don’t stand by their work..

Almost half the price of the alterations place a couple doors down. The job my wife had done wasn't exactly done perfect but it wasn't that simple either. I would say for basic things they are a no brainer. If it's not basic I might try the other place, but very nice people and very accommodating.

Sad to see that thing place has such a low review because I've been using this establishment for a while now and I've never had an complications or issues. The owner is pleasant and he'll quote things at a very reasonable price with a quick turn around time. He's fixed and adjusted a handful of expensive designer items for us for nickels on a dollar. His work is impeccable and you would have thought the designer did the work themselves. My pickiest client told me about this place and I'm forever grateful for her referral because we now come all the time!

Just found out that Felix - the owner - retired. Wanted to get a pair of shoesfixed and was met by a very unfriendly man. He quoted me double the price Felix charged me. Of course I left. Will not return.

Negative star of -5 should be granted this business. Two pairs of slacks were to have the lenght shortened. one was 6 inches too high, now shorts and the other had to be taken next door to Maria at the Cleaners to be repaired. Stay away from Custom tailors!
