This store and the staff working here are lovely! The store is very clean and well organized, and the staff are genuinely kind and very knowledgeable about products. Out of every beauty store I've been to-including other Sephora's/Ulta's-this one is hands down my favorite!

Thanks to Justina and the manager of this Sephora who saved my civil wedding day. After having an unexpected cancellation the morning of my wedding from another Sephora location, I contacted this location on Glades Road where the manager gladly and very cordially adjusted the schedule so that Justina, who was the makeup artist, could attend to me and my day was not ruined. I will be forever grateful to both of them, for their professionalism and warmth in understanding my situation. It is highly recommended to attend with Justina for your important events and above all to be certain that at this Sephora they care about providing you with the best service, solving any problems to satisfy their customers. A total example of professionalism and ethics.

Convenient location. Matt and Alan both helped my mother and I find what we were looking for, along with making great suggestions. They were super friendly and knowledgeable. I would go back to this location just to be helped by them!

The makeup girls here are so very helpful and kind. And the guy up front checking me out for payments was fun & interactive!! They gave me options, introduced me to new selections, and let me try on new lip stains. They also taught me that I can have makeup services done here + makeup lessons. Which is fantastic!

Love this Sephora & the Employee's. They are all so nice & helpful. I have been to plenty of Sephora's across the Nation from Virginia, California to Arizona to Airports all over & of course Florida. This one takes the cake of my all time favorite.I came in one day for the first time in just sweats, with no makeup, sandals & they treated me like an actually customer. They made me feel confident in my own skin. Majority of the other stores employee's stare you down, look at your purse & the way your dress or if your wearing makeup. If your not up to par & God forbid come in with pimples then they look the other way or rush to help you.But this store, is for real. They take their time to really help you with everything you need & give great suggestions.If you want a nice & skillful makeup artist I recommend Marcia. She helped me out greatly & I love her recommendations. Everything worked for me & it was what my skin needed to enhance my figures. She made me feel beautiful & positive with my makeup wear.All the employees are all great, better than Boca Mall Sephora workers.

The store is in a good location. It has a big variety of skincare and haircare products from the high end brands. So the drawback of this is above average pricing. The sales associates are very welcoming and helpful to choose the right products for your skin and hair. If you sign up with them you will get a free gift, plus a gift for your birthday month.

I love Sephora but I will avoid this location from now on. Awful vibes and no help, far from the typical experience at Sephora. The associates I did see were visibly grumpy (maybe there was some drama between them?), and it seemed an inconvenience to have someone grab my pick-up order. I planned to shop and purchase more items while there however the obnoxious jokey singing of Christmas songs and whistling was absolutely unbearable. No one asked if I needed help, no one said hello or goodbye, the shelves and tester products were really gross. I think this one has fallen far below the standard I’m used to seeing. I will brave the mall for the better presentation and service of that store going forward.

I prefer this location than the one in the mall. It's less crowded and the staff is really friendly.
