I’ve never been to a doctors office with such hi-tech equipment. It’s amazing. Very thorough exam. The staff are wonderful, pleasant. Dr Schwitzman was very personable and informative. I always get my contacts there anyways because they have the best prices. And service. So I recommend them highly.

The staff at the desk always greets me by name and is courteous and professional. I am always taken back quickly and Dr. Schwitzman is excellent. He spends time with me, gives me options with my contacts, and always answers every question I have.

I love Dr Schwitzman! He is gentle, kind, knowledgeable and he remembers me and makes me feel soecial each year I visit for my annual exam. It is so easy and Inever have to wait tor my appt! First visit with dr cohen did not accurately consider glasses over contact lenses that were out of balance. Script was wrong. I had to pay $30 additional for 2nd visit, and 2 sets of glasses are wrong. Past 30 days, so i was informed I have to pay $149/glasses to replace. I am being penalized because I trust your office and LensCrafters to make this work. Within the next week, I will post my experience with your office and LensCrafters, as well as the better business bureau. Disappointing that your office does not own up to your mistakes.
