The movers were more than on time, they were 5 minutes early. They packed everything with a lot of care and efficiency. I was surprised by how fast they moved my entire apartment. INCLUDING MY FRIDGE. The movers were absolutely insane on moving skills. And regarding the customer service... I talked with Miguel, and he was patient, nice, friendly, and really made the whole stress of moving so much easier.
I will recommend Safebound for everyone moving apartments.
ALSO! I moved from a 5th to a 6th floor with no elevators, and it as still less than 1000. Every other moving service was rude, at times weird, and charged more than 1500.

Company gave us an accurate quote and it didn't change. The movers were on time and professional, smart and fast. While they were moving us, a supervisor came to check that everything was going well. At the end of the service, they had us call the office in front of them to confirm all went well. It was the best moving experience I've ever had.

Everyone I have worked with has been great. Daniel is on too of everything and very responsive. The two movers we had we amazing and could not have been more helpful and attentive to make my move seamless. The company was so good we hired them to do move a week later to take my husband's office furniture our of storage.

Had the best experience with our movers! They were right on time, were so quick to pack everything up and so quick to unpack. They drove all of our furniture and boxes from Boca Raton to NYC in amazing time and everything was perfect. Can't thank them enough!
